I don’t leave reviews often, but Vonetta absolutely deserves one. This was my first time getting a universal life insurance policy, and I had a lot of questions. I was confused about the billing, payment options, annual vs. semi-annual payments, and how my contributions worked. I wanted to make sure I was making the right decisions and understood exactly where my money was going.
Vonetta never once made me feel like I was asking too many questions. She took her time, explained everything thoroughly, and didn’t mind going over things again if I needed clarification. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure I understood my policy instead of just trying to get me off the phone. That meant a lot to me.
In a world where customer service has gone downhill, speaking with someone like Vonetta was refreshing. She was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and treated me with kindness every single time we spoke. Because of her, I felt confident in my decision and comfortable moving forward with my policy.

absolutely terrible company!! do not get an iul from this company at all!! go to a financial advisor and have somebody set something up in front of you because amplify is not up front about their high fees within these policies.. when I started to ask about the fees I was told that the agents you speak with to start the policy don't even have knowledge of what the high fees that are within the indexes.. therefore not being fully up front prior to having somebody sign paperwork.. every aspect has to be disclosed before asking for somebody's signature amplify does not do that.. do not mess with this company..

With so many things going on you can imagine how hesitant I was to reach out regarding my missed payment but she definitely made me feel at ease with her expertise and also offered additional assistance for future reference if i have any questions about my policy.
