بعدها اتوكلت و قدمت و صراحة التقديم ما كان صعب لانو برضو اتكلمنا عن فورم التقديم و الخطوات و انو اعمل حسابي في شنو نظرا لانو ما كان عندو موعد قريب فاضي عشان يساعدني في التقديم.

The validity date of the employment letter (it shouldn't be more than a week old).

The update date of the bank statement (preferably within 7 days of the appointment).

Ensuring all documents are updated within the same time frame.

2. Organizing the Bank Statement Professionally
It's no longer just a printout; I now present it in a way that reflects financial stability:

I highlight regular salary transactions in a distinct color.

I attach a brief summary of the average balance over the past 3–6 months.

I double-check that the bank account name matches my passport name exactly.

3. Writing the Employment Letter to Address the Embassy, Not Just Internal HR
I learned that the letter must clearly include:

A clear issuance date (day, month, year).

A statement confirming the continuity of employment, especially if the contract is open-ended.

A contact reference in HR for the embassy to verify if needed.

An official stamp and authorized signature.

My Advice to Every Traveler:
Don't let your documents be just a pile of papers... organize them as if you're telling your story to someone who doesn't know you.
The embassy doesn't know you—all you have to convince them are these papers. Make them clean, well-arranged, understandable, and easy to read within two minutes.

This isn't a trick—it's about respecting the visa officer's time and respecting your dream trip. Since I started applying this strategy, I haven't faced any rejections, and I now prepare my file in half the time.

I had a very positive experience with Approved Visa and I would like to commend their outstanding service in this review.
I approached them after my initial application was rejected. They instantly highlighted all the weaknesses that I was missing. I travelled frequently and have obtained many non schengen Visas, so I thought my application was complete until the 1st interview with Mohamed. To find out it was never close to complete 
After agreeing on the proper approach to reapply and agreed on all documentation to be submitted for my reapplication, I decided not to proceed further for work related reasons.

After a while, I decided to apply for another purpose in another country. I was skeptical to approach them because I had already received my interview guidance. When I did approach them, they were very helpful again. They answered all my questions unexpectedly. and even provided further support.
I always find it difficult to be convinced by such service providers, as many of them pursue revenue or profit without possessing the deep knowledge behind it. Mohamed got the deep understanding of the whole system in and out. He understands local GCC documentation that can support an application, guides you on what docs to ask your employer to provide, understands the officer requirements, and employs all this to present a very stringent, facts based application.
I believe the new application is very much stronger than the previous one, addressing all prior weaknesses.
