The company does not have integrity. Untrustworthy to employees. Not a good place to work. Would not advise potential applicants to work there.

They were unprofessional. Agents scheduled for calls would sign into the meeting thinking it was an introduction call when really I had already uploaded my documents and was preparing to file, things like this happened with nearly every single interaction I had.

What hot garbage is this April review and all the even recent comments posted on it?

April, or getapril.com, is certainly as of today, not a consumer-facing system, but a SaaS API platform for embedding into other products! It's not a standalone system.

And all the comments above posted in the last few months are clearly bot garbage, because that pretend they've used the system that isn't consumer facing!

Clean this garbage up. Hope this saves someone else the 10 minutes I wasted coming to this page.

Thank you for the update. However, I do not understand why I am now being asked to file an extension with the IRS. It has been 32 business days since I provided all requested information and 30 business days since I answered the subsequent follow‑up questions.
Had I been informed upfront that your team would require this amount of time to complete what should be a fairly straightforward tax return, I would not have moved forward and would have continued working with my regular accountant. It is extremely frustrating to now be required to take additional actions solely due to delays that are entirely outside of my control.
Because I have already paid in full for this service, I am unable to simply withdraw my documents and return to my accountant. As a result, I am now being asked to submit tax payments without finalized filings and rely on the IRS to issue a refund later. This is neither reasonable nor acceptable, and it places an unnecessary financial burden and risk on me.
I am very dissatisfied with how this has been handled and with what April is now asking me to do, particularly given that I fulfilled my obligations promptly and completely. I expect clarity on how this situation will be remedied and what steps your company will take to prevent further inconvenience.

Everyone that I can actually get a hold of just ghosts me and there is no clear answers.

Efficient filing! I was worried with having to file several forms this year, but Chime got me through it!

Experience was smooth. And easy. I appreciate how fast it was. Although I did have to use Chat GPT to understand how to enter 1099-NEC information.

It was easy. The only thing is there was not an option for filing a 1095-C form, but I looked online and it said you didn't need to file that form with your tax return. A suggestion for the future is to put that in the notes when people file for their taxes in the Chime App.
