This so-called company is a scam; they sent a payment request to Strex using my phone number, even though I hadn't ordered or bought anything. I had no idea what it was about; it was only after reading about it online that I understood it involves beauty products or something similar... be careful, it is a blatant scam.:(

Total scam. Like others here, they took my order, charged my credit card and then nothing. Never responded to multiple emails and the phone number is disconnected.

Now, the web site is down.

Definitely report this to your credit card company. They will eventually get the message and stop processing orders for these thieves.

I don't know what happened to this company. I had a subscription for soap and they basically charged me every month but never delivered the products. I've reached out to their customer service soooo many times and they refused to reply. I am owed a lot of refunds, but they won't even respond. Do not purchase from this company.

Ordered Nutt Butter over two months ago. Never received product and emails go unreturned. The phone number is disconnected. They took my money immediately but have never received my product. What a scam.

The products are great if you can ever get them. I placed an order over 2 months ago and it is still listed as "processing" with no contact as to what is the holdup or a projected time fram. They certainly had no problem taking my money though. There is a reason you can no longer post a review on their site.

Used these products for years and was very happy. Last 6 months nothing from subscription has shipped. I’ve been charged 3 times. No response from repeated emails to customer service. The +18556882327 phone number is disconnected! Rip off!

If i could do 0 I would. How can you rip off your loyal customers. Been buying this stuff for years and they are just taking the money and not saying anything to people about products not being shipped. What a disgrace.

I have use beast body powder for several years and it is my favorite. all was fine until I ordered some in august 2025 never received items no response from customer service not even a tracking number for my order but they processed my payment and kept it. well I tried again in February 26 and same issues out of business idk take the website down!

Their products are / were great. Their customer service is below '0' stars. I ordered two products on December 8, 2025. It's now January 27, 2026. The products never arrived and they have never responded to multiple emails to their customer service.

Paid for 2 orders. First one took too long, so cancelled. Some months later, this past August, I tried another time. It's December 16th. I've emailed them a bunch of times and no response. This company had decent products, but has devolved into a scam.
