BentoBox is Amazing for Restaurants!

BentoBox is amazing! If you are a restaurant or food service venue they all of their features perfect for the industry. Just as important, their back office platform is intuitive so an ordinary restaurant manager can figure it out.

Their onboarding team was extremely helpful and what I valued the most was their continual follow up. In the world of restaurants, we get pulled in a million directions. They make sure you are on track (in a friendly way) to get your project/site across the finish line.

Would highly recommend.

The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Any tweaks to the finished product were done quickly and efficiently. Changes to the website through the user portal are very easy to make. I would recommend BentoBox to anyone who is looking for a polished, well built website.

I had a great experience using bentobox! Customer Service and the representatives helped me 100 percent with walking me through the process of redoing my website and how to use the back end to make any changes myself. I would most certainly recommend Bentobox to any other restaurant that wants their website built their way!

Happy to work with BentoBox for the last year

We’ve been using BentoBox for about a year now and it’s been a great addition to our overall business. With takeout more prevalent these past months it has captured business we may have otherwise missed out on.
My only want is if we could have tracking to know when we have a repeat customer and how many times they have ordered. They would be a useful tool to develop. Thank you.

We've been using BentoBox for a few months now and have had an incredible experience from the get go. Our website not only turned out fantastic but they also saved us money from what we were previously using. We couldn't be happier that we chose to work with them.

I highly don’t recommend this company

I highly don’t recommend this company. They are like scam company. Please please someone who’s interested this company, get away from this company.
They supposed to give me 200$ check and 150$ referral Amazon gift card after new contract but I didn’t receive it.
Also they don’t have their own app. It means you have to turn on their website every 30 min. The problem is that they will give you trash tablet. This tablet screen turn on only 30min after 30min you have to keep turning on, if not we will miss customers orders. What the XXX!!!!
Unprofessional company!!!!

I can’t believe I have to give them a…

I can’t believe I have to give them a star. I don’t know how they’re still in business. They charged me for two months ($400) while they were “designing” my website. When they finally delivered the design, it was horrific. I can’t even begin to explain how terrible of a job they did. I immediately asked for a refund and they stopped responding. This is a disgusting company taking advantage of small business owners. Charging them for undelivered services.

Corporate Policy?

Corporate Policy?

I tried to schedule a technical demo for myself since I handle the nuts and bolts of a restaurant's online presence and another user interface demo for my client who owns the restaurant. I was told that they have a 1-demo policy. I explained that my client is very busy (like filming a television show busy), but has entrusted me to work out the feasibility of migrating to a new online platform. They still said no. I then asked if I could get the salesperson's contact info to help schedule a joint demo. I was told they don't send out emails and that he would call me back in a week.

Bentobox literally just lost an easy customer.

Don’t do business with this company as…

Don’t do business with this company as there is really no worthwhile value offered for the high dollars spent monthly.
They make a website for ur business but u don’t own or control it...in fact they use that against u..they charge $199/month or 119/month for hosting which is basically $25 or so everywhere else...waste of money, maybe was good when world was not that internet savvy like today...all ur money basically provides employment to their people....u really insulting your intelligence if u choose to work with them...bet this company is not gonna be around too long until they make dramatic changes....feel bad for folks who invested millions in this half baked idea of a company....

where is the accountability with…

where is the accountability with BentoBox? Why can't the customer contact the delivery service? There doesn't seem to be a way for BentoBox to be held accountable for the delivery service itself. Instead, the app directs the customer to contact the restaurant for status.

BentoBox is the perfect service!

BentoBox is the perfect service for Restaurants small and big. We use them for TWO of our places, and could not be happier! Their customer service is the best and their product is basically seamless at this point. Would 100% recommend it for any small business trying to find their foothold digitally.
