Horrible customer service, never received the product
I ordered a canopy humidifier and never received it. Each time I contacted customer service they just kept telling me to keep waiting (and it seemed like AI not an actual person). When I finally was able to get through to someone (after having submitted a search for lost mail), they agreed that the package was lost, told me to submit a lost mail claim (which I had already done), and said after the lost mail search was complete they would “take care of” me. It’s been over a month and a half and I still don’t have the humidifier, but they did try to charge me for a filter that I had subscribed to when I bought the humidifier. Since the company was so unresponsive, I ended up filing a chargeback with my bank. The customer service agent even told me they couldn’t contact the post office because they don’t have a phone…what!?
