I recently applied for Cleva's Influencer Program. I had some trouble getting the application page to load properly on my phone at first, but their support team (Eniola) was responsive and patient in helping me troubleshoot until it worked. The application process itself was straightforward once the page loaded, and I appreciate the quick, helpful support. Looking forward to hearing back about the program!

I submitted a report form , requested a call back, as my hoover had no suction, it was less than 6 months old, I received an email asking me for a batch number, I submitted the info and waited for a call back, no, I got another email asking me for images, I submitted the info, still requesting a call back, nope, I got another email with lots of suggestions on how I could rectify the issue. I'm 64 years old, I'm not that techy, I certainly don't take things apart, so I made the phone call yo the UK ( international call ) Audrey answered , and was very polite, she arranged for a manager to call me. Within minutes, Lucy rang, I explained the issue, and it was sorted , thank you Audrey & Lucy, two very professional, customer service orientated ladies .
If your old enough to remember the BT adverts, it's good to talk,
Cleva , get more people on the phones, continous emails are very frustrating.

Cleva has a poor operation policy I'll say. How can you have an account with a platform and they deliberate decide that you can't complete your KYC. Reaching out to their support, they just said they don't know the reason but they only know that I am not allowed to complete KYC.
