Their website has been under maintenance for some time. It was supposed to be up and working on 15.01.2024 but that day has come and still no working website.

Your website is still down, eight days after 15th January. That is not a "slight delay", it is a serious issue

Very good deal but had to wait a while for delivery. The bin is OK, could be sturdier and I might have a hard time turning the compost due to the depth of the bin.

I have never left negative feedback but must agree with another recent reviewer who like me, is waiting for an order placed in mid November. Email enquiries are met with a standard response but nothing more is heard. The website is down. According to this company's tracking app, my order was recently delivered at 5.00 am but if this was the case, it was not to my property! Very unhappy and beginning to fear I have lost my money.

Good communication, speedy delivery during a busy seasonal period and robust composters. Anyone not using a composter and has a garden is throwing away money by not getting one of these.

Longer than usual delivery time, but heeded my request that they delivered in time for a Christmas present.

I ordered a couple of composting bins from the Get Composting website after being recommended to them by my local council.

Nothing arrived. I emailed them in December and was told that it had been delivered on December 10th and left with a neighbour. I live on a farm and have no neighbours! I wrote back to explain that and have been met with a resounding silence ever since.

They have not answered multiple emails; no one answers the phone. A recorded message asks you to leave a message and they'll 'call right back.' No one has called back, ever. Their website is also down.

Perhaps they have gone out of business. Either way, they took my money, gave nothing in return and are uncontactable.

It would seem foolish to buy from them at the moment.

Pretty straightforward and reasonable price, reason for only 4 ⭐️ was the wait for delivery, took a few weeks.

not good or working

It's now 2 months since I ordered 2 composters, still no delivery or contact from company. Thought company was legit as linked to local authority (or so it seemed) but now getting concerned I have been scammed. Despite Christmas period 2 months+ seems excessive, if they ever turn up.

Bought a compost bin using £9 voucher from attending a composting course. Bin delivered fine, without any problems. Quite a long waiting time- about 4 weeks from placing order. Communication about when delivery is due could also be improved. I've got my bin without issue anyway, so these are just points for improvement.

As described , arrived safely and on time. Seems well made.

This is the first time I have given a bad review to any organisation. I Ordered 2 x compost bins in November.

They take full payment on order then don't deliver within the expected timescale. They don't update you automatically and then when chased don't know what is going on and then don't update you when promised.

I am still waiting after 6 weeks.

I can see from other trustpilot posts that my experience is not unique.

They don't respond to negative reviews which is a bad sign as well.

I suspect the reason they don't know what is going on is that they are just order taking and then passing on to third parties to fulfill the order.

All very disappointing.

Easy to order but delivery was poor. Had to contact after 28 days to be told within next 7 to 10, but had to contact again at 11 and then told the next week. When it was delivered it was just left outside with noone ringing the bell or checking I was in.

Very easy to order and then kept up to date with delivery day/time. Very happy with quality of water butt. Thank you.
Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Easy to order and good quality

Good strong, unobtrusive, garden-worthy bins. The lids are easy to fit and the door slides off smoothly. I'm looking forward to a tidier compost area.

Product quality and price were exceptional. However you have to be patient with delivery times as this company works in conjunction with local authorities. They bundle deliveries into certain regions to keep costs down.

Price very good . Delivery and customer service all very efficient. What more can you say .

Really good products, compost bin, starter liquid, kitchen caddy, compost turner. All really well made. Great delivery service, efficient and quick.
