They are very receptive to your requests.
The sign is excellent quality and works well.

Glowing Laser sign really stands out but also has a subtle lower setting for our clinic

I highly recommend “getcustomneonsigns” to anyone who is looking to elevate their space. The company was extremely easy to coordinate with and their designs are truly flawless.

The product was delivered quickly, especially after taking into account the labor and creativity that went into its creation. The finished design looks even better that I imagined. Needless to say, I am more than satisfied with my purchase.

Thank you “Getcustomneonsigns” for bringing my vision to life.

Custom Neon Signs is a reliable company. They have an open line of communication to answer questions from their customers. They ship your order in the window which the said. Their product is so cute and artsy. I lost my remote, and they promptly sent me a replacement.
If you guys have a way for me to post a picture, let me know.

weve ordered over 10 signs from this company and they always come out the best design and quality

Nice sign unfortunately the lexan all cracked just beyond the 2 year warranty. Nothing against the manufacturer as that's their warranty. Just note that the outdoor rating seems to last about 2 years before it will start cracking. The neon works fine but it looks terrible with all of the cracks. Good for 2 years it seems then you'll need to order another one. Just had to throw mine out because it's just over 2 yrs old and looks like junk.

We were looking to place the order 9 business days before we needed the sign for an event (and shipping said it'd take 10-13 business days) and emailed asking if it was possible to expedite. They got back immediately saying not to worry that they'd speed up and do it in time. We placed the order and it arrived in perfect time! And it looked great at the event. Highly recommend!

Excellent experiences. We have ordered several signs from them. Customer service is excellent. We receive updates and photos to ensure the product is what we want. Some signs we have ordered are complex, and their team works with us to provide a solution that works. I would recommend them to everybody.

Left the middle bar of the letter”E” put and turned it into a “C”

I have gotten 2 products from them... my first sign i got about 4 years ago and its still kicking. Just got one about a week ago and I love it... still definitely you again if needed another sign

Always responds quickly and resolves issues in a great manner.

Wonderful experience and great quality product! The team even added some extra words and letters for no additional charge that really enhance the entire piece!

Awesome product, fast service and great customer service. Great price

Beautiful sign for my mother’s memorial. Great service and timely feedback, will highly recommend to others.

I can always count on Custom Neon Signs! Their communication, efficiency, and understanding are top-notch. We’ve never had any issues with our orders, and the product always arrives exactly as expected.

Had a custom logo made. They had it done in a couple days and to my house within a week. Great quality!

I submitted a few request for quote on a few different sites for a custom neon sign of our logo. This company responded with mock design and pricing within hours. I was so impressed, they send an invoice and was able to pay easily. When there was a delay from the shipping company, this company replied to all my question in a timely manner. The neon sign is completely beautiful. Also the other companies I requested a quote from replied 1 week later, some didn’t even reply. So I will for sure order and recommend this company again. Very good sign, and very good service.

Very helpful in helping with design changes to get me the sign that I wanted . Not what I had to settle for . Great shipping time . I would defiantly do business with them again !

I made a mistake in spelling and the communication was easy by email and text to get it fixed and a new sign sent out . Would order from them again with out question

Whoever is in charge of communication did a fantastic job and kept me updated every step of the way without having to inquire. They were very detail oriented and extremely prompt in getting the order done and shipped. The sign itself is much more than I could’ve expected. Overall, fantastic company and great work/art put into this. Highly recommend.
