I’m writing for over 2 weeks now by email and dealing with an idiot called lance asking for a refund . They are useless and fraudulent do not use this company their product is shite and their dealings with customers is shocking ! They just delay the process and refuse a refund even though they advertise a full refund . Shocking behaviour

Start by being upfront where your products are made and packaged.
Also honour your return product policy.
Scrape this bullshit subscription its a total rip off to unsuspecting customers.
Make it very clear one off purchase or you wish to sign up for your crap products

I ordered what I believed was a one-off 3-month supply of Milk Thistle Liver Detox. Shortly afterwards I was charged again and another order was generated under an “active subscription” that I did not clearly agree to or understand at checkout.
I contacted the company immediately, told them I had not authorised any subscription, and asked them not to deliver or charge me. They said the order could not be cancelled once it had entered fulfilment, cancelled future subscriptions, but still sent the goods. The parcel was left on my doorstep by Evri without knocking.
When I continued to request a refund, they asked for photos, confirmed the packaging was undamaged, and then suggested I simply keep the products because returning them would cost $50–$70. This felt like a classic subscription trap designed to make getting a refund difficult and expensive.
I have rejected the goods and am pursuing a refund through my bank. Based on my experience and the many similar reviews, I would strongly advise others to be extremely careful with any subscription-style checkout on this site and to check their card statements carefully.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are scam artists and take your money! Was automatically put on an authorship! Been since April trying to get it corrected and return products, they delay.. and delay and DELAY…. I want to pull my hair out, this company is HORRIBLE! Scams artists it’s disgusting! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! LAUREN I’m coming for you! Sends me a return process with no address it’s insane games I’m so done, better business bureau here I come and won’t stop there YOU THEIFS!

I made an order in April, it never arrived, I emailed to ask where it was and again nothing. I paused my subscription in hopes I'd hear back in the meantime. I still haven't heard back and I've been charged again for another order. I email, send a contacts message through the website and still have not heard anything. This is 2 payments and nothing to show for it besides being ghosted by their customer service.

I see that everybody has given a really low review because of the customer service and because of their subscription orders, but I would actually say the OPPOSITE. I HAVE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE! They connected with me right away via email and were very clear and very communicative on all of the steps necessary to use the protocol in the best way. I had questions because their online directions were a little bit confusing and they cleared it up so well and so professionally. I was surprised. I even told the customer service representative that I've never been treated so well and had somebody give me such a thorough and complete response each time I emailed them. Most of the time customer service people will just brush you off after a few emails.

Originally, I purchased too many of the Metal Flush, and not enough of the Paradox to go with it. At the time, I was emailing with customer service to tell them of the issue and ask to switch out the bottles. My subscription auto replenished and sent me more than I needed. But when talking to customer service, they told me to just keep the bottles that I had and don't worry about returning them (since it has to wait in US Customs) and just skip a subscription and they would refund may fifty percent of my payment so that I could buy the Paratox to match my quantity of Metal Flush.

There was an auto ship and subscription that I signed up for and at one point I couldn't continue the subscription so all I had to do was just go online and press the button that said skip this subscription. It was super easy. I don't understand why all these other people had issues. There's buttons that says, "cancel subscription" or "skip this month's subscription". And once you press it, it automatically sends you an email showing you that it's skipping the subscription. Maybe the customers that are complaining didn't actually unsubscribe before they were charged in sent the product, which is their bad not the company.

As far as the product itself goes, it tastes super great which I was not expecting at all. I thought that since it was going to be some kind of detox and healing product that it would have a bad flavor but it's somewhat sweet and goes down easy. I will say that I do feel sluggish if I forget to take the metal flush. I haven't seen any gross stuff come out of my body. Because I'm not gonna go digging through my toilet. So who knows if it's really working. But I don't feel bad, so must be good.

I was charged for auto ship 3 times after asking the first time to be removed. I never signed up for it. They just kept drafting my money and had yet to refund me. Do NOT order from them!! It’s a SCAM!

Same experience as others. Won’t cancel my subscription, keep charging me without permission. I’ve also canceled my credit card to get rid of them. Rubbish product. This business is a scam.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!! Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO ONE RETURNS AN EMAIL OR YOUR PHONE CALL. THEY JUST KEEP CHARGING YOUR ACCOUNT WILLY-NILLY. I HAD TO LITERALLY CANCEL MY CARD TO GET RID OF THESE PEOPLE!!

MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED. I ADDRESSED IT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY WERE HORRIBLE. THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO WRITE AN INCIDENT REPORT WITH THE CARRIER THAT THEY HIRED FOR THEIR BUSINESS. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS?

I cancelled my order before it shipped out and cancelled the subscription along with it. The company confirmed the subscription was cancelled and then shipped the product the next month and charged me. I have gone back and forth with Customer Support and they have been so unhelpful and pretty much stated I didn't cancel the subscription in time even though this was their mistake. I've moved forward with a chargeback with bank.

Scam product and terrible company. 12/28/2025 I purchased their tried the product, didn't like and cancelled 30 days into the 60 Day Guarantee. They came back and said I must use the product 60 days to cancel. Which I replied "I am not going to continue to put something in my body I didn't like". 2nd order comes in a few days later I reached out for a return address and my refund for the 2 months worth of products. They said to save me time they offered a 20% refund which I again refused and asked for a return address. They replied that to return the products it would cost between $20-$50 depending on where they had me ship the products (these are 1 oz. bottles of product not gold bars). I said "I WANT THE RETURN ADDRESS!" which they never replied back. I disputed through my credit card and won. Month 3 (3/2/26) they again charged my credit card and mailed products and I again have disputed and based on previous win I will win again. Do not buy from this company you will continue to fight to get out off their subscriber list.

Scam products did absolutely nothing and got locked into an expensive subscription stay away!

I ordered their product and, after deciding not to use it, I canceled the subscription before any further shipments. I have the email confirmations proving my cancellation.
Despite canceling, DETOX’D sent a shipment two days later and billed me for it. This was done without my consent and against my explicit cancellation request.
I reached out immediately for a refund and to stop any further charges. DETOX’D did not reply to my first contact.
I sent another email with screenshots of my prior cancellation conversation to prove I had canceled and to show their mistake. Again, no response.
They charged me again despite my repeated requests to stop, and there was still no communication about returns or refunds.
I have attempted to resolve this multiple times through email, but DETOX’D has ignored me. This feels like theft andbrazen disregard for customers.

What this exposed to me:
Poor or nonexistent order cancellation and subscription management.
Unauthorized shipments and charges after a cancellation.
Complete lack of customer service and accountability.
No clear process for returns or refunds, despite repeated requests and proof.
A pattern that makes customers feel unsafe about any future orders.

Gedetoxd is a scam company. Their products do not work. And they do not honor their “30 day no questions asked money back guarantee” which is what encouraged me to try their products. There is no recourse to have them stand by their word. They are not bound by any American regulatory body. Their products were shipped from China. They refunded me 50% of what i paid rather than the full amount implied in their website. Which is better than nothing. But i do believe in being transparent with my experience for anyone else who might like to know before looking to do business with them.
