Find an easy to work with
Find an easy to work with, local, big box store. Whatever GFOL offers is not worth the hassle if you need to cancel an order and or read the fine print, return something as returns are NOT accepted on most items. I cancelled a week ahead of when they left a message on my phone that my order would ship late and into the following week. I cancelled because I had read their "file a claim procedure" form that they had just sent me. It has very specific instructions that left a lot of room for damage claims to be denied. I could not risk the hassle or potential further delay or money being tied up in a dispute if I needed to go buy new tile. I cancelled before it shipped to avoid that and this company charged me a 25% restocking fee for the tiles AND the $300 shipping charge. I was never even given a tracking number. How do you restock shipping costs that never happened? The tiles never left the vendor and they took 25% off the whole order, tax was included in the amount they took a restocking fee from too and they said I was lucky they didn't take the 40% restocking fee that their policy allows them too. They will politely and very quickly push you through the sale helping to add on things making you think you need or want them to realize you don't as they take your credit card number at rapid speed. After that, you are dealing with ruthless people. I had to get my credit card company involved to get it made right. I regret ever finding them. It's been a nightmare this last week. Invoice# 720923

Purchasing through get floors online is not as easy as they want you to believe
Purchasing through get floors online is easy , once you make a purchase the likely hood of you getting floors online time , communication about your order , and honesty in lead times will not happen. I’ve made multiple purchases with 0 follow ups, communication for delivery and late delivery.
Save yourself time ,money , and frustration order through someone else

great response time and quick resolution
I ordered 8 boxes of tile all shipped on one pallet. The communication about my order was great. When the pallet arrived the shipment looked great. However, as I unpacked it, one of the boxes (2 large tiles per box) in the middle had a cracked tile and the other tile was chipped. It was not anything I could have seen when the delivery was made. Thankfully, when I filed a claim it was taken care of right away. I worded with Katryn and her follow up was outstanding. I have a replacement box being shipped to me. It was a great experience. I really appreciate the follow up and quick responses.

Excellent Everything!
I dealt with both Chris Cort(Sales) and Cris Caguioa(Order Processing) throughout this process. To say they were amazing is an understatement. Both were so responsive and kept me up to date every step of the way. I didn't even have to follow up on my order. They called continuously me to keep me updated on everything. I was hesitant to order online, but I am glad I did. This was a fairly small project of one room, a loft, stairs and a landing (16 boxes), but they treated it like it was a huge order. Affordable, floors look good
The floors were affordable and arrived within 7-10 business days. We would order from getfloorsonline again if we needed engineered hardwood floors in the future.

Chris was amazing from beginning to end. He completed my dream project that I have invisioned for 10 years but couldn't afford. He saved me almost 30% from the other quotes I received locally. Customer service was also great. The product was on back order (as I was told) but the they followed up with me throughout the process and it was delivered a week earlier. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. My total purchase with them was $21,874.27. Chris I will pass your information to anyone I know looking for flooring. I highly recommend

I ordered over $6000 in flooring
I ordered over $6000 in flooring. When it arrived and inspected within the time period the company suggested I found that over 75% of the individual boxes were damaged. Then when I opened a box and looked at the flooring itself it was completely the wrong color. It was supposed to be a light brown, but was more like post it note yellow. After following all their recommendations to file a claim they closed the claim. After reaching out to them again they reopened the case asking for more documentation of the damage and issues, which I did. Only for them to stop responding to my emails. This now going on two months and still no resolution. I even asked to have them just replace with the right color and they would not respond back. This is so frustrating.

DAMAGED PRODUCT
DO NOT buy products from this company. I bought 60 boxes of engineered hardwood, and some of the boxes arrived damaged, which was very noticeable from the moment it was delivery. Delivery man was very clear that I had 72h to report any issues and open a claim. I reported an issue about 15min after the product was delivered. My claim was denied, neither the product company or the delivery company want to take responsibility for the damage, so it becomes a buyer problem.
