They continually move appointments…

They continually move appointments around. I’ve had to find alternate labs the last two times I tried using them. No human support available — their phone number is just a message saying to email them. Previously they showed up with expired supplies and then never completed the appointment. They charge high prices and have no ability to deliver. They used to be good but seems to have just become a very low quality provider. It’s sad bc the actual phlebotomists are great. The company just cannot keep their own appointments.

In this particular case, our team identified a question regarding the laboratory order that needed to be resolved before we could safely and accurately perform the collection. Because the lab order is a critical component of the testing process, we are unable to proceed with an appointment until we have the necessary information and clarification in place.

While our intent was to ensure the collection was completed correctly, we recognize that the resulting delay was inconvenient and apologize for the disruption.

We appreciate your kind words about our phlebotomists and are always working to improve the overall experience for our patients. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Terrible Company

Terrible company. They mishandled my son’s bloodwork and notified me a week and a half later of the situation and that he needed to have his labs redone. They scheduled an appointment for the redraw with 4 hours notice and we rearranged our schedules to accommodate. After waiting for them for almost two hours, I received a text message stating that they were rescheduling todays appointment for two days later. Called for an explanation and was told we didn't have an appointment (not true, I have it confirmed in writing), then said we did have an appointment and they tried calling, but no one answered (not true). Customer service was clearly annoyed with my call and it took them five minutes to even apologize. Never again, these people have no regards for your well being or your time and clearly do not care.

they broke blood vials

they broke blood vials, lost urine; they are disorganized and keep sending me the same requests to fill out the same form. they still owe me some bloodwork. They didn't keep track of what they messed up. It's a big mess! All this for $149, that's alot of money.

So convenient

So convenient. And I’m a big baby and a hard stick. She was patient and kind and listened to me and she got the job done. She came to my office which enabled me to get right back to work. Didn’t have to deal with traffic or parking, etc…I would recommend and definitely use them again.

The specialist Javonni was so nice and…

The specialist Javonni was so nice and sweet to my son she was quick and also didn't take much of time finding his vein even though he has very thin veins and it is always hard to find them from the first poke, but she did it with the first poke. She is amazing

CANCELED 1.5 HOURS PAST APPOINTMENT…

CANCELED 1.5 HOURS PAST APPOINTMENT TIME. Completely unprofessional. Technician (the brilliant Jeannette) supposedly got a flat tire when she was scheduled to arrive in the last 2 minutes of the 2 hour window. Instead of calling to explain, auto texts kept pushing out appointment time. When she did finally call she assured me she'd be there - 50 minutes late, but instead went MIA. No phone number. Moronic chat bot cancelled appointment another 30 minutes after that, Stay away!!!
