Peace of Mind
My wife and I experienced the probate process with the passing of her brother during Covid and it was not pleasant. We had to work with an attorney out of state, which complicated the process further. While he was pleasant to work with he ended up with more than a third of her brothers small estate. We did not want our sons to go through this process, so part of our plan was the Lady Bird Deed. This company made the process straightforward and quick, we highly recommend them!
