Excellent customer service and delivery . Todd phoned me the day before to advise on delivery time, he arrived promptly and was very polite and considerate. Todd put my bed frame together very quickly and efficiently . He kindly adjusted the width of the slats several times for me until I was totally happy with it. I have recently had to replace lots of furniture due to a flood and it is very rare to find a company that actually has a human being on the end of customer service and delivery . Also very pleased with the bed base !

Had a few questions before ordering the bed. Im in canada and the beds are bejng shipped from UK so was a bit spectacle. Chris helped out via whats app and answered my questions and inordered my bed

Ordered our third bed from GetLaid, as ever the quality, and service is superb. This time around we made an error when ordering. I spoke to Lenni, and she was amazing in helping us sort out not only a new order, but also arranging for the one we made a mistake on being picked up - and for a very reasonable price. Todd was fantastic. He immediately got to work and whipped the whole bed together in around 30 minutes.
