The people o. Phone.explained everything so I understood procedure always polite.
My only criticism is the cost how much was charged for service.

They got me an award for a poorly advised investment.

Excellent advice and service from Leah Chung who persevered with my claim which was to be honest groundbreaking as it concerned myself as an ex serviceman who was wrongly advised on my resettlement to move my pension to civvy (bad decision) .
