100% worth the money

I work in a small technical company, we have a very strong team of engineers, but there is no marketing department as such and customer search was previously handled by 1 person. Of course, there was not enough time for quality search and communication. When we started to think about whether to take 1 more person to the team or buy some software, we were advised this tool. And we were not mistaken. To perform the scope of work that we have now, we would need at least 2 people in the team. And it would cost 10 times more.

This review documents my full experience with Getmany and its leadership and support team, specifically Kyrylo Kozak (CEO), Vlad (Vladyslav) Kapli (Head of Support), and Yuliia (Getmany Support), based strictly on written communication, call outcomes, screenshots, and billing records.

All documentation has been saved in full and can be provided upon request to any individual, platform, or reviewer who may want to independently assess and better understand the situation.

I contacted Kyrylo Kozak directly to report serious billing issues both by email and via LinkedIn, clearly demonstrating my willingness to resolve the matter in a correct and constructive way.

I also recorded and shared a detailed Loom video explaining the situation step by step, outlining why I did not want the service and why a refund was being requested before any meaningful usage took place.

Despite reaching out through multiple channels and providing clear documentation, no response of any kind was received from Kyrylo Kozak

Despite this, Getmany proceeded to charge $349 for the Growth plan.

A cancellation request was sent within minutes of receiving the invoice, meaning the alleged “active service period” amounted to less than a single day.

No immediate or clear cancellation confirmation was provided at that stage.

Following this, Yuliia from Getmany Support, operating under the support structure led by Vlad (Vladyslav) Kapli, replied stating that:

- Refunds are not issued for “active service periods”
- The Growth plan was selected during onboarding
- Multiple emails were allegedly sent requesting confirmation to continue
- The charge proceeded due to a lack of response

This justification does not align with the facts.

At no point was explicit approval given to proceed with the charge.

No written confirmation, no final consent, and no opt-in step existed before billing.

Silence was treated as authorization, that's scary, guys.

I also had a live call with Getmany, during which their position was summarized as:

“We understand your situation, but we are not refunding.”

No one asked why I wanted to cancel. No attempt was made to understand the context, the timing, or the reasoning.

The conversation was closed-minded and purely policy-driven, reflecting extremely poor communication.

A reasonable alternative was never proposed. For example:

Pausing the subscription

Freezing the account for future use

Any compromise that would indicate a genuine attempt to help

Not even these basic options were suggested.

Even if such solutions would not have been ideal, they would have shown an effort to act in good faith.

Only after repeated escalation did Getmany confirm that the subscription had been canceled, while still refusing to refund the charge.

Instead, continued access until the end of the billing cycle was offered, an option that was explicitly declined, as using the platform would imply acceptance of a charge that was never approved.

For transparency, I cannot comment on the quality of the platform itself.

I removed Getmany’s manager from my agency profile immediately, as I no longer trust this company and did not want to signal usage or acceptance of their decision.

Using the software would have meant legitimizing a process I fundamentally disagree with.

At this stage, my next step, not for the money, but for principle, is to follow through on what I clearly stated during our call: contacting Upwork employees directly to better understand why they work with partners operating under these practices and to ensure others are aware of this behavior.

As a business owner, I personally manage complaints and put myself on the front line when issues arise.

What I experienced here was the opposite:

- No accountability from leadership
- No attempt to understand the customer
- A rigid, closed mindset hiding behind “you signed a contract”

That mindset is genuinely concerning.

Imagine something critical breaking or a serious operational issue arising and being met with the same response.

Once again, all emails, LinkedIn messages, call summaries, screenshots, invoices, and the Loom recording are fully archived and available for anyone who wishes to review the facts independently.

Based on the documented record and named correspondence, this experience reflects poor billing governance, weak leadership accountability, and an alarming lack of customer-centric thinking.

I cannot recommend Getmany.

• All actions taken by Getmany were performed in accordance with our Terms of Use, which are publicly available here:

• During onboarding, a paid plan was selected, and multiple attempts were made by our team to confirm activation and proceed with setup.

• We reached out several times via email to both the account holder and the consulting contact provided, but did not receive a response prior to billing.

• Getmany is a B2B SaaS product. Subscriptions are activated and billed based on the selected plan and our terms once onboarding is completed.

• When a cancellation request was received, the subscription was canceled and no further charges were made. Continued access until the end of the billing cycle was offered in line with standard SaaS practice, though this option was declined.

We also want to clarify that Getmany is not a partner of Upwork. We are an independent solution used by agencies via Upwork’s Business Manager and permitted workflows. Any assumptions otherwise are incorrect.

That said, we acknowledge that communication could have been clearer, especially around confirmation and escalation, and we take responsibility for improving our internal processes to prevent similar situations.

We appreciate the feedback and take it seriously, even when we disagree with the conclusions drawn.

Real helper in work with UpWork

Working tool for web3 and blockchain

My company works in the field of web3 and blockchain. This is a specific niche, so we were looking for new options for finding customers. Our partners recommended the service from Getmany.

Good option for designers

Best software for online business

I work in a small online company that provides marketing services. Over the past year, we have been actively developing client search through the UpWork platform. But we have come to the conclusion that doing it manually is difficult and inefficient. Therefore, we have tried various programs to automate this work.
When we started the test period with this software, to be honest, we did not expect a “miracle”. But after 10 days of active use and implementation of recommendations, we received several real orders. Therefore, we decided to extend the subscription after the end of the test period. And we were not mistaken. In the first month of use, we received 5 new orders and are negotiating with 10 more clients.
I sincerely recommend this service to other small and medium-sized businesses.

A real win for our company

I work in the field of logistics and transportation for B2B.
