MODE’s Process took 20 days of emails, faxing and phone calls. 8/25/25 I Applied for lease buy out financing, wasn’t completed until 09/15/25.

I applied for 48 month term but they chose 72 months. If I wanted to change their mistake of 72 months, I would have to submit a new application. What a mess!

A few years ago I bought out a lease and it was completed within 4 hours at a Jeep dealership.

Why does the MODE process take so long? Customers can purchase or lease a new or used vehicle with 2-3 hours.

The entire process was simple and easy to complete online. I was extremely pleased with service and communication throughout my lease buyout experience.

From the moment I decided to buy my car (my lease was ending) every step of the process was well-explained and user-friendly. Customer service was great. Response time was quick.

Everyone was so truly helpful. No matter how many times I called no matter how many questions I had, everyone was so pleasant and helpful.

It was a simple and quick process. I was approved quickly. All documents were easily uploaded for review. Any questions I had along the way, were answered quickly. And finishing the loan documents took a couple of minutes. If I could finance every vehicle/loan this way, I would do it every time.

Also, I've called in to Mode 3 times during this process. Each time I was fortunate enough to speak with Cornell. The third time I called, I knew it was him before he said his name. He's got a very recognizable voice. He was very helpful and patient with me, answering all my questions and letting me know where we were in the process when I called in. He is a great example of customer care. Thanks Cornell!

I used Lending Tree to try to find a lender to refinance my car. Within about 2 hours my phone was ringing off the hook, and my inbox blew up. Most of the lenders gave no specifics in their emails. They just wanted me to call, and a lot of them were also calling me over and over again in the next few days, which got annoying. I mean, I know I'm looking for a loan, but they could relax a little bit.
Mode was different. They simply sent me an email saying I was approved with an estimated monthly payment listed. All I had to do is click on a link, and it took me to their website where I could start uploading documents. They never pressured me with dozens of phone calls or emails. It was just the one email, and I was able to start the process immediately.
I had never refinanced a car before, so I didn't know what to expect. The process took about 3 weeks, because certain documents need to be notarized and sent back to them via FEDEX. They were there every step of the way though, answering any questions I had. All I had to do is email them, and they got right back to me.
In the end, it was a smooth process, and now I have a monthly payment that is substantially less than the one I had before. I'm happy.
