Very disappointed in GetPop currently. When I first started purchasing Geek Bar Tropical Rainbow Blast - not even a YEAR ago (Nov. 1, 2024) they were $15.99. O.k., great. Then - less than a MONTH LATER, they had gone up to $19.99. Okay, well, I figured inflation, blah, blah, etc.

Well... Guess what? The price has now jumped up to TWENTY NINE DOLLARS and NINETY NINE CENTS. That's a price hike (gouge) of over 88%!

Now, I realize that maybe they have no control over the pricing of their product - that the price is ruled by the manufacturers... but, I mean, COME ON. An 88% increase in price - in LESS THAN A YEAR??

Imagine that you're paying $3.98 for your favorite loaf of bread, and in LESS THAN A YEAR, its price goes up to $7.80. I used to think GetPop was the vaper's friend, but it's hard to keep thinking that way when they price-hike an item by over 88%. Depressing...

Even though vapes are so bad for you. I have switch from Eascreate to Geek Bar. The only flavor is like is Miami Mint.

I like the Kado Snap but I've gotten so many that go dead a half hour after I open one. I dont know if its just happening to the mango flavored ones or if this happens with all of them. Im starting to think they are fakes. Sorry

This is the second time that I've placed an order with Get Pop. I usually order a years supply at a time and both times I've placed an order I received my items in less than a week.

Customer service was fantastic in resolving a small issue with my most recent order. Have been ordering from GetPop for over a year,with no issues and the one time I did have an issue, they promptly made it right!

I had an issue which turned out to be the fault of UPS. I messaged GetPop customer service and got the problem resolved. I had the best customer service responses I have ever had in my seventy two years. I have been buying products from you guys for about six or seven years and never had an issue until the UPS problem. The customer service team is excellent!
