From day one when we initiated contact with the Rufus team, we have had nothing but great support from the team. When we make suggestions about the work hero software and items we would like to see on our dashboard they listen and try their best to incorporate it into their platform.

We made the move to Rufus and have never looked back. From the very beginning, Rufus has been top tier. When we first started discussions with Rufus, we were sent a demo device, but had some issues on our end with our outdated legacy wireless network. Rufus went above and beyond trying to help us get everything working, even helping us troubleshoot errors on our end.

This went on for a couple months and we came to the conclusion that we needed to update our wireless network before we could move forward with Rufus. Everyone at Rufus was very understanding. The following year, after we updated our wireless network, we let Rufus know and we picked right back up where we left off.

Testing went well and Rufus was always at the ready to help us through any issues that we could find. We signed the contract and quickly received our devices.

Roll out of the new devices was seamless. The user interface is very easy to use that there was virtually no learning curve. Between the new devices and our new wireless network hardware, the crippling connectivity issues that we had been experiencing previously were gone. Talk about a night and day difference.

Since then, we've had to send a couple devices back for warranty repair, and again, nothing but incredibly helpful and quick.

And then there's the analytics. What an incredibly powerful, well thought out tool. It's so easy to get the information your looking for, and then some.

Rufus has been a game changer for us. Between the devices, the analytics, and the outstanding support, our warehouse has been able to run far more efficient than ever before.

We decided to integrate Rufus Labs equipment in parallel to our first-time WMS implementation. During a process which could very well end up in disaster, Rufus equipment proved to be very easy to set up and integrate with a wide range of apps/uses with little to no hiccups. Their customer support team is very knowledgeable and prompt in their responses.

What surprised us is the details provided to us in the WorkHero platform. Extremely useful KPI tracking.

Finding the right managed hardware for mobile workers that's compatible, sturdy and reliable for picking and warehouse operations is not easy. Zebra is way to complex and pricey. Socket mobile devices and adhoc hardware becomes a management challenge. Rufus has been great in not only solving the hardware challenges but also adding managed services and worker productivity tracking. Plus the support is top notch. Super proud of using and working with the Rufus team!
