Ordered ages ago and still nothing, courier say they lost original parcel. Then Stryde said they sent out a replacement, still nothing.
Beginning to think it's a scam.

I was on track for full knee replacement, I have had surgery on the knee 26 years earlier. I was hoping for better results but nothing was helping. Used almost all the gimmicks I could find but still had the same pain. Stryde popped up on my feed so I gave it a try. Im sure glad I did! Knee pain gone within hours! My only issue with the Stryde band is keeping it in position. It slips down after a few hours but it isn't difficult to move back in place. 4 out of 5 stars.

I had surgery last year for a meniscus tear and had surgery and it made it worse than before the surgery then now the doctor said I needed a full knee replacement so I decided to try alternatives to surgery so I tried the stryde strap and it's been about two weeks and pain walking has diminished considerably and I can walk up stairs again!!! Glad I decided on this product!!!! Extremely pleased 😄

They seem to be working but I think I need a bit longer to test them properly. Walking is definitely easier , I’d like to test them at the gym.
The only problem I feel I may have in time is the Velcro strap that holds them on .

Ordered these on line started useing straight away really pleased with them.

Knees had been getting worse this year and waiting for appointment with Physio after x-rays. Saw advert on line for Stryde and thought I would try them at such a good price and it was the best move I have made! The pain in my hips was apparently being caused by arthritis in my kneecaps and these straps have made a huge difference in everyday life and in my Zumba Gold and Seated Exercise Classes. I still have some back pain due to an old sports injury but at 78 I feel a new woman. I am recommending them to all my friends!

A little skeptical at the beginning . Just buying online was the first big move . Very happy I made the commitment . Wish these were around 20 years ago . 42 yrs of industrial machining exposed me to hard concrete floors to walk and stand on plus up and down on large machinery . Both knees have suffered greatly and I'm looking at having one replaced for starters . I had bought braces that helped but these Stryde straps are the answer !! Cut the pain by 90% within the first two weeks . I wear them constantly ; they are comfortable . No regrets . I'm going into have my knee evaluated tomorrow and I'm actual feeling guilty that I may be taking an appointment away from someone that needs it more than I do . A month ago I was pushing the Doctor to have it operated on ; now I'm thinking about heading back to my old hiking trail . Sounds like BS but I'm a trades man not a sales guy !! The actual work !!

I have had 5 acl surgeries and one meniscus (same knee!). I have several braces and I really like the copper band sleeves - they tend to help. I use KT tape from time to time, but it takes off skin every time I remove it! But I must say - and I don't write reviews often, at all - your product is one of the best I have ever used. It is so simple and I had my doubts... but my goodness. What a difference! I walk around all day pain free with this simple little band on my knee. What a game changer for me! Thank you.

If I could leave zero stars, I would!!! This does NOT work for me and I have requested NUMEROUS times for info on returns and refund! They have never gotten back to me!!!

Yes the item was worth the buy really helped my husband with the pain in his knees.

Have found them very comfortable to wear and they have helped my knees greatly. I had a lot of swelling around both knees due to inflammation and this has reduced a lot. I am also able to walk further than previously and they are supportive when getting up and down from chair as well as going up and down stairs. 5 stars all around :)

this little strap does exactly what it says it does. I can finally move without being in pain

Started to use these a few weeks ago unsure if they were as good as people had said.
Amazed at how good they really are i use the all the time except for when training in the gym.
The pain in my knees has reduced immensely especially my right which never hurt until i had a hip replacement in February.
Would highly recommend these to everyone struggling.

Bought this for my daughter who is suffering from runners knee although she isn’t a runner !! This little strap has helped her a lot and she is able to move around better also swelling on her knee has gone down would recommend trying this as it appears to have worked for her when nothing else did

Using Stryde felt natural and quickly made life easier.

Within two hours I noticed that there had been pooling in my knees. They are so boney all the time; the pooling was not distiguishable until the Stryde had been on for a few hrs. It had hurt to touch the lower part of my patella like a bruise sensation. Nothing helped till Stryde. I had physio and lost lots of weight and my knees were so sensitive. Kneeling was impossible. That tiny adjustment reduced the minor swelling I had and stopped the pain. I can kneel better and I am not bogged down by the knee pain any longer.

Purchased for husband. He says they are really helping, when he is walking or at the gym. Good value also

Purchased for a friend who is awaiting knee replacement and has issues with both knees.
She was at a point where rising and crossing a room was taking upwards of five minutes.
Delighted to report that after one day she can now stand and walk across the room with greatly reduced discomfort and was able to garden for 2 hours - something she had not done for 12 months.
As a support mechanism these are a fantastic and very ingenious aid. They really do relieve pressure and therefore pain.

The Stryde knee supports are excellent and the best I've tried.They stay in place and don't slip.
The only complaint I have is that it seems I am allergic to rubber and I got an itchy rash after wearing them.
I think it would be a good idea to prevent this occrring is to put some sort of lining on the inner part of the support.
