Every time I’ve successfully ordered from here a delivery service called Taki Taki delivers my product. Turns out you can order from them directly. The GG4 store is a copy of their store run by people who just order it for you through other delivery services such as Taki Taki. Sometimes your orders will get lost in the shuffle because people working here are working for other delivery services, when ordering through the GG4 Store and they just seem to ignore you or lose track of you when that happens. It’s very difficult to get in touch with anyone directly to ask questions or get general information.

They get you with the 2hr delivery, I ordered at 6pm it's 10pm and after messaging them and even creating an account to order again I found out through the reviews that I'm not the only one that has issues with them. Dont promise something you wont keep, say you'll deliver within the day or so but this just says y'all dont care about your clients or their time. Then you got some of your people leaving you bogus reviews and tell other clients they never ordered with them. Y'all are providing false services.

FEELING SCAMMED!!!!

My girlfriend placed an order to be delivered in the mail. She paid over $100 worth of merchandise, and was told the merchandise was in the mail, and its expected to arrive within 2-3 days. 3 days passed, not product, she contacted the company for follow up and they have been pretty much giving her the run around, saying the products in the mail. When she requested the tracking number, they presented they would get back to her with that information. 5 days passed no tracking number. Currently we don't know the status of our merchandise, except that its in the mail and expected to arrive next week. (Will keep you posted!)

SOOOOOO frustrated and angry at the thought of loosing over $100 for nothing!!!!!

Going through the reviews, which we should have checked before ordering, it is clear we are not alone.

In saying that, we are writing to inform others so that they don't go through the same thing with regards to the poor customer service, let alone risking of loosing your hard earned money; especially, during these trying times with the COVID-19 Virus.

Don't get fooled by the positive reviews people have left, the negative comments are truly the reflection of how this company handles their customers that they are trying to pull a fast one on.

Find another place or save your money, because you are truly risking you money going into thin air, with no product to follow when you order from this company.

I ordered $100 worth of product on January 21st. I was forced to order through the website, despite there being a location just down the street from me.
My order got routed through Calgary for some god-forgotten reason (I'm in Ontario), so I was told that the delivery would be in two to three days. And I had to bug them in order to get my tracking number.

It is now February 18th. I still have no product, no answers, and no recourse. Complete shitshow. I've gotten less hassle from methed-out corner boys.

Stay far away from this "company" as they have no respect of your time. No stars is what they really deserve. Order placed yesterday at 2pm. Was told delivery in a 2 hour timeframe. After 5 hours of waiting and being told it would be on its way shortly. After that email I received total silence no replies back. It's now Sunday morning and I'm left empty handed. Great place if you enjoy waiting around all day in hopes they actually show up 👎

I order very frequently and have only had positive experiences with them. I get exactly what I ordered and have it in less than 2 hours. Love these guys. Great smoke👍

I ordered for the first time, seeing the same day delivery drew me in. But then as I waited after my payment went through. I started to wonder and looked up reviews. Only to find such negative ones. I thought I had been had. So I emailed again and was not a pleasant Karen thats for sure. I got my delivery in under 2 hours. Right to my door. No other weed delivery has come to my door. I even got a free pre roll and sticker. And 15% off card. I feel horrible for jumping the gun the way that I did. Give these guys a shot!!!

I tried ordering for the first time yesterday. I'm in Ottawa and I ordered more than 100$. My order went through and i received an email stating if i lived in Ottawa I would receive my order in 2 hours (cash on delivery was only option). Close to the 3 hour mark i messaged them and never got a reply. After 4 and 1/2 hours I messaged them again to cancel my order. Really disappointing that they couldn't even get back to me. I wont be trying to order again.

Great on the gear and spot on delivery

I've now ordered from them twice. Every time you order, you'll receive a text when the courier is about 10 minutes away with your order.
The first time I ordered one of my bags got mixed up, which couldn't be solved for two days (My order was filled on Christmas eve! Honestly bless them for even delivering on x-mas eve haha!) 2/3 items were correct though, and I got a complimentary joint which was a nice perk! They came by on boxing day and exchanged easy peas-y.
My second order was filled correctly, no issues here, instructions to just leave it on the step and send a text were followed too. Second order did not include a complimentary joint, but it had a sticker, and that's still cool.

Overall the customer service has been amazing, and the fact that they have same day delivery in my area is really compelling too. As humans we make mistakes, and it's always a relief when the company actually makes contacting them an easy process when something got messed up. I think it took all of 10 minutes to arrive at a solution once I messaged the courier!
All the products have been pretty good too, the one thing I would say is so far all the bud I've gotten is pretty dry, but it still works just fine. That would probably be down to preference in the end.

I'd give them a 4.5/5 if it were an option, just because of the few slip ups, but they handled the situation really well and in a timely manner. Pretty dang solid.

I found this site just by using Google, I saw that this site got great feedback so I thought I would try it out. I got an once at a great price! Tons of choices! Easy payment. They updated me on the status of my order promptly. FREE shipping over $100 :) Same day delivery!! They also included a few freebies :) A joint and a sticker - love it. I will definitely be recommending this website and I'll be a returning costumer.

Super quick and fresh, but even if you follow the payment guidelines, they reject it and you have to resend which is annoying. I don’t know if that’s an automatic email but it’s irritating so that’s why they lose a star.

I only give 4 stars all the time because even when I am satisfied with service and/or product there is always room for improvement.
I like your products and will continue purchase your products
