BAD FOR SELLER, Very Biased with Buyers.
My experience with this platform as a seller has been extremely disappointing, and based on what I went through, I would strongly advise other sellers to be cautious.
In my case, a buyer purchased a 30-day subscription. The first account worked for about 10 days, and I provided a replacement that worked for another 18 days. In total, the buyer received 28 days of service
Despite this, I was still pressured by support to issue a full refund.
This makes no sense. The service was fully delivered, and the buyer used the product for the entire duration. A refund in this situation effectively means the buyer gets the service for free, which is clearly unfair.
To make things worse, the issue was not even caused by me. On the same day, multiple accounts across different sellers were affected due to broader platform issues. This clearly shows it was not a seller-specific problem. Still, all responsibility was placed on me.
I even went beyond my obligations by providing a replacement account and offering additional compensation, yet this was completely ignored in the final decision process.
Another concern is that the platform does not seem to properly distinguish between “warranty” and “service duration.” Warranty should mean support and replacement if needed, not extending the service indefinitely or justifying refunds after near full usage.
From my experience, the dispute system feels heavily biased toward buyers, even in cases where the seller has fully met their obligations. This creates a situation where honest sellers can end up delivering full service and still be forced into a loss.
I have resolved multiple similar cases in the past in good faith, including refunds when appropriate. However, in this case, the product was fully delivered, and the request for a full refund was not justified.
Overall, this experience raises serious concerns about fairness and seller protection on the platform. Sellers should be aware that even if you deliver exactly what you promise, you may still face unfavorable outcomes in disputes.
I hope the platform improves its policies and ensures a more balanced approach that protects both buyers and sellers.

Terrible Experience as a Seller
My experience with this platform as a seller has been extremely negative, and based on what I have gone through, I would strongly warn other sellers not to use it.
The biggest problem is that the platform does not seem to apply fair or reasonable standards in disputes. In one case, a buyer had already used a 30-day subscription for 27 days, and I was still pressured to issue a full refund. A subscription that was used for 27 out of 30 days should obviously not be treated like an unused product. Any fair platform would at least consider proportional use or a partial refund. Instead, the seller is pushed toward a full refund even when almost the entire service period has already been consumed.
Another serious issue is that the platform seems to impose its own 12-hour response or delivery rule, regardless of what is written in the product description. Even if you clearly state that delivery may take up to 24 hours, they do not seem to take that into account. For example, if a buyer places an order at night while you are sleeping, and you do not deliver it immediately the moment you wake up, the platform can still push you toward a full refund. This is completely unreasonable and ignores the seller’s stated terms.
What makes this even worse is how refunds are handled financially. Even when they force a full refund, the site commission is still deducted from the seller, which means the seller is left at a loss. So not only are sellers pressured into unfair refund decisions, but they also lose money because of the platform’s own fee system.
There is also a so-called partial refund option, but in practice it is useless. The platform sets a minimum partial refund amount, and that amount effectively goes to the site commission. This means that even if you issue a partial refund, you may still end up with nothing. If you refund more than that minimum amount, then you start losing money directly. In other words, you provide the product, spend your time, do the work, and still end up at a loss.
Even worse, the partial refund system does not seem to function as a real protection for sellers. In practice, it feels like you are not truly allowed to use it fairly, because even when you try to resolve a case partially, the result still damages the seller. So the platform gives the impression that it has a partial refund feature, but in reality it does not offer any meaningful balance or protection.
Support was also very poor. I did not receive proper help for days, and instead of reviewing cases carefully and fairly, the platform seemed much more focused on forcing the seller into disadvantageous outcomes. This creates the impression that the system is not designed to protect honest sellers at all.
Overall, this is not a fair platform in my opinion. It does not respect seller terms, does not apply proportional solutions, does not handle refunds fairly, and creates financial losses for sellers. On top of that, the dispute process is handled so poorly that it creates a bad experience for buyers as well, because issues are not resolved through a balanced and professional system.
Based on my personal experience, I would strongly warn other sellers not to use this platform.

Никому не советую связываться с GGSel. 12 января я оплатил заказ № 12892168 на сумму 2190 руб. Сегодня 19 января но товар я так и не получил. После оплаты заказа все 24 часа продавец очень вяло выходил на связь! Оплатил я заказ 12го в 18:38 и до часу ночи я ждал хоть какой-то реакции продавца. Утром следующего дня я опять пытался хоть как то его расшевелить - но все было бесполезно. Выходить на связь он начал только тогда когда прошли все сроки выполнения заказа и когда решил сам что возьмёт комиссию за свой игнор и не выполнение обязательств. И сейчас достаточно быстро отвечает в чате - почему он также не отвечал когда я оплатил ?? Да не был заинтересован выполнить заказ, хотел просто взять комиссию. Моей вины здесь нет, я все оплатил и был связи, любые обращения в поддержку игнорируются.
В личной переписке продавец признает просрочку, но нагло пытается удержать с меня "комиссию" в размере 20% (почти 450 рублей) за возврат. Это прямое нарушение его же собственных правил, где прописан полный возврат при не выполнении заказа за 24 часа. й
Поддержка GGSel (почта, ВК, ТГ) просто "умерла". Ни одного ответа за всё это время!!! Площадка позволяет продавцам игнорировать обязательства и наживаться на комиссиях за невыполненные заказы.

I want to share my negative experience with GGsel
1.Order №147395165 .
The product was a Steam account. After purchase, it turned out that I could not log into it because it was linked to a mobile authenticator. This means the seller initially sold a non-working account. Later, this seller was banned by GGsel’s administration for violating the rules, which further confirms their dishonesty. However, I never received a refund.
2.Order №147180008.
The product was also a Steam account with a claimed Prime status. After purchase, it turned out that the account had no Prime status at all. The seller completely ignored my complaint. Once again, GGsel’s administration refused to issue a refund, only referring to their “14-day guarantee” rule.
In both cases, the product did not match its description from the very beginning and was non-functional. Instead of protecting the buyer, GGsel’s support gives only template responses like: “we guarantee the deal only for 14 days.” But this internal rule cannot justify selling a product that does not meet the declared characteristics from the start.
As a result, the buyer remains unprotected: sellers can list and sell non-working accounts, then get banned, while the money simply disappears. The buyer is left with nothing.
I believe this is a gross violation of consumer rights and a clear case of misleading customers. The platform should be responsible for dishonest sellers that it allows to operate. Instead, GGsel refuses to fulfill its obligations, effectively removing any responsibility from itself.
In the end, I lost my money and only got a negative experience.
I am writing this review so that other buyers are aware of what to expect from GGsel: your money will not be returned, even if the product turns out to be non-working from the very beginning.
