SCAM! Ordered eye cream. Sent fake tracking number and email address is not real. I’ve submitted the scam with my bank to get my money back and I hope someone shuts them down!

This company is a scam, I never received a tracking number, I emailed them and they responded saying that I gave them the wrong address, I resent my address and looked at my original order and my address was indeed correct, I sent several emails since with no response. I called my bank to dispute this charge since it has been 3 weeks now. They do not supply a phone number so I searched their address and called the number associated and the lady answered and said this company is a scam!

I ordered the product on 7/31. it is not 8/19 and the tracking number still does not work. I have made multiple attempts to contact them and no one responds. I should have checked this site first before purchasing. I am now disputing this with my credit card.

I ordered what was supposed to be Peter Thomas Roth eye cream. I was sent a fake tracking number. No updates on shipping. Cannot locate item. Never received the item. Cannot contact the company. I am going to report this business to my bank as a scam along with reporting the to BBB and federal trade commission as advised. I hope everyone else does as well and gets this fake business shut down so they do not scam anyone else!

I never received the product. Plus they were sending emails asking how I liked the product I never received in response to sending them an email saying I wanted a refund because I never got my product. WTF. Never Never buy from this scam company.

This company is a scam. They take forever to ship if ever. Even their tracking numbers don’t show in the system.
They charge for a return 15 percent restocking charge when they took so long to ship a product . They’re not legit and they suck. Report them to your CC company for fraud .

How about being honest? I ordered the eye cream, funds were promptly taken from my account but no product. Contacted them several times and got no where. Very frustrated.

I’m pretty sure I got scammed! Ugh!! I ordered the eye cream on Aug 3rd. Received confirmation. I tried tracking it but it’s not been shipped yet! I tried several times emailing them, but it keeps bouncing back. I wish these people would get a life and stop scamming people. I also wish I had seen all these reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned… 🥺

The temporary eye tightener does nothing. I thought ( because your packaging is a copy of Peter Thomas Roth packaging) I was buying the real thing. You are conning people and selling an inferior product. Totally misleading. People beware- pay more and get a verified seller. Shame on you.

Charged my card. Never got the Thomas Peter Roth eye cream. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

The email address they listed kept bouncing back. No way to contact them. I’ll never order anything from FB again.

I only gave 1 start to write this but really they get no stars !! They are a scam , I've never received my order or and response to any of emails to them about it . I will be reporting them to anyone I can 😖

Waiting for the eye tighter cream. I never received and I emailed the company no response. the item said waiting to ship for over a week never shipped. No phone number. Nothing! my money is gone this company is in my opinion a scam! Don’t make the same mistake I did!

The address is for a walk in clinic!! This is total scam that ONLY collects your information to sell on the dark web. THERE IS NOT PHONE NUMBER. No response to emails ever!

Very dissapointing

My wife ordered Laura Geller product and received a cheap knock off brand. Company does not respond to refund inquiries. It is a total scam!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
