Pour ma part, je ne peux que recommander la marque et le service client. Après avoir reçu une paire défectueuse (que j'ai pu garder), on m'a directement renvoyé une nouvelle paire. Cette dernière ne présente aucun défauts. Le service client a été particulièrement réactif, et ma demande a été traitée le jour même, ainsi que l'envoi.

First pair, the leather tore at the toe after about fifteen wears. To be fair, GH Bass replaced them promptly and without fuss.
The replacement pair, I didn't wear much. Because they don't make them any more. Today on the tenth outing with them. The leather split at the top of the vamp. As I was getting out of the car.
I really don't think I'll be buying from them again as the leather seems to be plastic coated cardboard or something. Certainly not the quality I'd expect for a £180 pair of shoes. My Dr Martens that I do absolutely miles of dog walking in daily (5-10 miles). While having a reputation for poor quality leather on their overseas made boots, have outlasted them despite a really hard life.
It's not like I do miles in them. At most it's an evening out. Which I drove to.
I can't even be bothered to contact GH Bass about the problem. If they replace them, it's just more disappointment to come further down the line. Gave up on em as a bad job

Dreadful shoes. I bought a pair of Larson loafers which were faulty; every step the shoe clicked like a tap dancing shoe. I sent them back and explained my issue. They claimed the shoe was fine but nonetheless sent out another pair. Within a few wears the heel section, the leather at the top of the heel of the shoe had split in several places. I was astonished by how cheap these shoes are. Really tough leather, not quality supple leather that stretches and moulds to your foot. Over the time I have had the shoes, the left one makes my foot swell. Most recently, this landed me in accident and emergency as I wore the shoes after an operation, my foot doubled in size and my dr thought I had a blood clot. I still have a swollen foot two months later. If you are getting these as they are cheaper than better penny loafers then just wait until you have enough to get a Gucci pair or some other brand or go cheap altogether and get a pair from Office but DO NOT BUY THESE DREADFUL SHOES. I will never buy from this company again, I’d rather go barefoot.

Says free shipping above 150 Euros this is plain false. Only applies in certrain countries in the EU.

When i asked the support why it didn't apply to my order he rudely corrected me and said there was an asterix. There was not. When he saw my screenshot he just said it was a mistake and would be fixed. No apology or nothing.

Very poor service they sell affordable quality there, brand name is old they try to utilize that oldness and they are just pretending! They sent me a pair of poorly stitched, poorly glued and with bumps and holes all over shoes. The woolen elements aren't even stitched and connected properly, the upper part of the shoe very poorly done. With a too small piece of leather so there are holes around a lot of stiches. Instead of sending me a new pair of their "quality" shoes I have to go trough all sorts of trouble to return them, the pictures speak for themselves. These passed quality control for some reason but not for being finished with craftmanship like the rep told me. If there are holes in the leather around the stitches it's craftmanship according to him..........GH Bass never ever again, my chinese fake leather loafers look better! I own 30+ pair of shoes I know what a good shoe feels and looks like, and it's not craftmanship if there are any holes around the stiches. The piece of leather was too small to construct the shoe with it, that's what these holes mean. Maybe a better answer for customer support next time!

€20 shipping to Spain? Why is shipping free for countries like France, Italy, Austria, for example? what kind of discrimination is this?
Plus the same shoes in the United States cost $100 less. A brand scam for what they offer, I will never buy your products again.

Really poor service. Very disappointing.

I live in Switzerland and ordered three pairs of similar shoes but of different sizes to try and see which would best fit.
The company are quite happy to send the products out to you, stressing that customs charges out are covered. But when I had to send the shoes back - as none of them fit - I was left to pay the customs charge of re-importing them back into the UK. They "forgot" to mention this when I placed the order. Quite important to be able to send shoes back if they do not fit. There was no attempt by them to make good this situation.
So I am £200 down and no shoes to show.

I will certainly be steering clear this company and will never purchase anything more for them. I would encourage anyone who lives outside of the UK to think hard before they place an order.

Order arrived damaged, box ripped, boots heavily creased, and sole looks worn/tried on.

I contacted GH Brass with an issue I had with my shoes; my lovely loafers were still hardly worn but developed a rip in the leather along the edge of the sole. I wrote to them with photos to see if it was repairable and was told to go to a cobbler. I didn’t think this was very good customer service. I won’t be buying from them again despite loving their loafers.

Fastest Customer service and helpful response Ive recieved from an online store in a long time. Overcame my order issue very fast. And their products are timeless and beautiful.

After my first review on this company, I received a 15% off code. I wasn't happy the first time around but decided to use the code as I wanted the boots. I ordered the boots, ( camp moc I I I ranger boots in navy) because they looked nice. I paid for next day delivery which turned up but not updated with emails on their progress. The boots arrived and slightly disappointed to be honest. Nothing special to be fair whatsoever and definitely not worth the money even with the discount. The pictures make them look a lot nicer than they are. In my opinion, Kickers are much more value for money. I wouldn't use them again to be honest, even at half the price. They just look cheap in hand.

Rectified a mistake swiftly, great products

I placed my order on October 19th, after 15 days I had to accept the refund. My parcel never departed from their local headquarters and was sent back for times. For 15 days the assistance made fun of me always inventing new excuses. They told me to wait 48 hours and then... Today via email I am asked if I want to be refunded or still waiting for my package to be sent, but I am advised that I will probably have to wait days...They say there may be delays at dogana (but the package never arrived at dogana in 15 days). They say they have no problems with shipments to Italy, but that there may be delays... My parcel has never been sent I do not recommend the purchase, the assistance has never given me explanations. I’ll wait for the refund, hoping that at least that will come...Gh Bass is sponsored by Italian partners, but is not able to deliver packages to Italy. Disappointing is has created me some inconvenience.

I have a several items of the GH, more of them are weejuns, pairs of boat shoes (the best boat shoes ever), a chelsea boots, a belt, walet... You can't go wrong with the brand. The quality is very good, delivery was very fast from the Europe online based shop.

Des mocassins à présent fabriqués en Chine, une chaussure plus serrée que l'autre. La qualité n'est plus au rendez-vous. Dommage, cette marque à une belle histoire.
