This company is a scam. They do not have any relationship to New York. They do not have a real store either as their website depicts. The are a Chinese Company .If you try to return you need mail it to China at your own cost which starts at $35 and goes up from there, Do not buy from them !

This company states on its website that it is a New York company. It is not!! It is Chinese. And forget trying to return it. They tell you that you have to return it to China.

Placed my order and it has not even shipped. I am so tired of lying places like this taking money. False advertising. I am going to give it another week and I better see a ticket that it is on the way and expect it at that time too!

Ordered 3 pieces of clothing. They came with a sachet that smelled awful. Also, the clothing was very poor quality. tried to return numerous times and they offered to credit me 15% and keep the items, They discouraged me from returning stating it was expensive to return because it was shipping to CHINA. They also were reluctant to supply the return address. After numerous emails going back and forth they supplied the return address. I have not returned the items because I do NOT TRUST I will be credited and I believe the cost will be more or equal to what I paid. Also they will charge me for a restocking fee. The website does not state all this!! Total SCAM and quality is poor. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered a jumpsuit from Chloe and Isabelle and I was extremely disappointed! It was junk from China, the hardware on the jumpsuit did not sit right it turned so I couldn’t wear this outfit, I paid 70 dollars and to return the item they gave me such a hard time. I had to send to them at my cost, I complained so bad they offered me 10 percent off in store, complained again 30 percent, I don’t want anymore of their junk I want to send back of course they gave me a song and dance about shipping internationally yeah back to China what a joke of a company. Never ever will I purchase another item from them they are scamming people into thinking this is quality clothes! Plus the accidentally sent me an email for another person who wasn’t happy just dont buy from them!

It's not a boutique in NYC as you would expect after being on their slick website.
Gianna is creating an online image that is not the truth about who they are. It's NOT a mom and daughter boutique like the consumer is led to believe.

The quality of the clothes is consistent with things I've been disappointed by on Temu!!! That's exactly what I was trying to avoid.
To boot..... if you want to return anything, YOU have to pay for shipping back to CHINA. That would have cost me more than $200, which is about what I paid for the three items I purchased.
I believe they do what other online loser-retailers do.... steal pictures of designer clothing, post them as their own advertising, and then knock off the clothing with very low-quality goods from CHINA.

I should have researched this BEFORE I purchased but I didn't. I've since found that a simple search blows up Gianna's image. The internet is loaded with NEGATIVE stories and reviews about GIANNA (OF CHINA) on sites like ScamAdviser and others like it.
If you're willing to take a risk, do it on Temu where you'll pay a fraction of the cost.

oh, and be careful... they'll likely show up soon under a DIFFERENT NAME.

I wanted to update my review to try to help anyone who may have been in my situation. I ordered a pair of shoes that turned out to be broken (ornament on shoelace) and very cheaply made. When I tried to return them I received no instructions for return and no news that I would receive a full refund. So I used my online banking app and started a dispute of this company’s charges. I was elated to find out that the charge to my cc was fully credited after a few days. Assuming you paid with a credit card or PayPal etc. I would dispute the charges and let the payment company deal with GNY. Good luck to any of you who have felt ripped off by this company like I did.

I give this store a Zero,, I received the sneakers that are extremely large and 75 $ ,, I’m trying to return them and get a refund,, they say there’s a 30 day guaranteed money back ,, I’m getting a total runaround, they are not letting me return them and giving me a refund

Poor quality garment and arrived late. Only email communication to customer service with poor reliability and response time, no customer service contact number. Never buy from them again.

Geez, I wish I had come here first. DO NOT order from this company. The products are VERY VERY cheaply made and they come from China. They don't arrive in a shoe box, just two shoes in a bag. The company tries to pretend it is a US company and they lie about the delay in shipping attributing it to a fire in a warehouse. The truth, the products are being shipped from China. So don't get scammed like me spending $$$ on some shoes that will fall apart on the first wear!

Not only did it take WEEKS to get my shoes, once I received them and saw how cheap they were, poorly made and my heels could feel the ground beneath... I emailed for a refund. There is NO phone number to be found online anywhere and the contact page is BLANK. The return information says to email so I did - 4 TIMES and I did not receive a response. I finally called my credit card company to DISPUTE the charge. Too bad I only looked up their review rating today - it a 2 out of 5. Don't order from this company - its the worst customer service I have had in a very long time.

The quality of the shoes were poor (no arch support) and questionable materials. The sizing varies widely. I ordered two pair UK 38/US 7.5. One was too small about 6.5, and the other way too large about an 8.5. Returns are at your own expense and have to be shipped back to China, not the US.

Like every review I have read, my shoes came from China and not from New York. It took over a month for me to get my shoes. I ordered orthopedic shoes with arch support and cushion, and it had none of the above. I filled out the customer contact form on their website and receive no response. One of their associates keeps emailing me checking on how things are going, so I emailed her the same request about returning it. And like everyone else she offered me a 20% refund and keep the shoe or a store credit. I’ll take the 20% refund because I don’t want any of their crap that they sell. Stay away!!!

DO NOT buy from this company. The product didn't resemble the website. Such poor quality. Actually ordered a shirt with jean body and sweater sleeves. Arrived printed on polyester to look like a sweater. Then tried to get a refund per the website. Offered 20% refund to keep merch or 100% store credit vs. a cash refund stated on the website. Then, finally, after 20 days said we will send you the address but $30 restocking fee and pay the return to China. No restocking fee on website policy, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs, as stated on the site. Delivery was a week overdue. DO NOT purchase from them. Agree with the lady below false advertising. No ladies from Italy and a fake boutique in NY featured. WARNING!

Buyer Beware! Gianna NewYork is the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this company has been so bad, I felt the need to warn others to help prevent anyone else from throwing away their hard earned money on a phony, fake, unscrupulous business . I looked into reporting Gianna NewYork to the Better Business Bureau, but there is no address on their website -something the BBB requires for filing a complaint. Whoever owns this business presents themselves as someone selling a well made product out of their boutique in New York. After all, the owner claims to have come to the U.S. right from Italy with the dream of styling us with the best clothing and shoes just like in Italy. I don't know if the person pictured on the website is the owner, but that is how it is presented. My research failed to produce any concrete evidence of a boutique in New York as pictured on their website. Gianna NewYork is a business that makes and ships poor quality goods from China. It took almost a month for my cheaply made shoes to arrive. Even after waiting nearly a month, I would have kept the shoes had they been well made. All customer service is handled through emails. You can't just go to their website and print a return label. Instead customers are required to email customer support to tequest a return label. That is, and only when, you will find out receiving your return label is contingent on choosing one of three options. Each option results in the business taking a percentage of your money. You never get a full refund. Option 3 to get what they describe as a "full refund," is actually customers being charged $30 for restocking. That's right, $30 dollars to set the cheaply made shoes back on the shelf. That is about 50% of the cost of the shoes I purchased. None of this is spelled out on their website. Not one bit. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and customs. Select "Contact" on their website and you will come up with a blank page. Oh, and the terms and agreement is under Dutch Law. I was not a thorough shopper, but I intend to let others know to stay away from this company.

I have an issue with sandals I purchased and have e-mailed them at least 3 times to no avail. The sandals have a strap at the back that falls off when I take two steps. I cannot walk in them. I asked for a refund and offered to return them and they have sent me at least three emails saying they will get back to me within 48 hours - they have sent emails not in regard to the problem. I will never purchase anything again from them.

First this is not of New York but from China. Shoes of very poor quality and almost 2 size smaller in actuality. Took over a week for them to reply to my return request and then offered 20% off and I could keep the shoes which were cheap and didn’t fit
