GiantPanda Domain Parking — Shameless, Dishonest, Damaging
1. The traffic figures don't make sense(my domains which were parked all of a sudden had "abnormally high" visit figures for no apparent reason.The statistics may look excellent on the dashboard but are in fact worthless—I suspect that they are inflated in order to appear better.
2. Customer service is nothing but a joke. Although they put on a friendly front and say they're happy to communicate, if you actually contact them about a problem you'll find that their emails go unanswered and tickets are ignored for weeks. In reality there is no support at all.
3.The most serious issue was that they redirected many of my usual and legitimate domains to an adult site without my knowledge or consent, thereby instantly damaging the domain's reputation and value.
4. The idea of their 'RSOC' is nonsense since it merely consists of APIs from third-party service providers glued together. You could carry out the same checks yourself and obtain better results.
