Poor communication, just taken money
I don’t usually leave reviews but need others to know your order won’t be shipped very fast with this company, nor communicate with you. Recently ordered masks. Emailed asking when shipment would occur and was told next day, my item wasn’t shipped next day and I emailed to ask what’s going on - nil reply. I’ve ordered 7 days ago now and still not shipped. I’m very understanding that things are delayed right now but no communication from a company once it takes your money is poor. Hopefully I hear back soon otherwise will lodge complaint with ACCC.

Quick Turnaround time and excellent online chat service
Ordered the RAT on 28 Dec, the rapid tests arrived on 30 Dec. 2 business days turnaround time during Covid outbreak in NSW. Used their online chat on 29 Dec, the lady was very responsive with accurate information!
