Beware of then, they respond only until you pay and post that extremely unprofessional. Had booked a bride welcome decor and did not turn up at all despite confirmation. Was extremely disappointing. Do not answer phone calls and messages citing reasons of work hours. High caution and sincere request to use them for any services. Bad, pathetic and frauds

Pathetic and highly unprofessional service by Giftlaya. Paid premium pricing for wedding car decoration and got rotten flowers bought a day earlier from the wholesale market just to save cost. The decorator himself admitted it. No customer support, limited working hours, and no support on Sundays. The decorator didn’t even know basic decoration work and I had to guide him throughout. The decoration was so bad that the bride and groom refused to sit in the car. Complete mood spoiler on a special occasion. Avoid booking them at any cost unless you want to ruin your event.

Ordered a theme decoration at a heavy cost ~3000 INR.

Finishing and aesthetics - 1/10
Quality of ballons - 2/10
Quality of leaflet - 0/10
Quality of service - 1/10

Overall feeling so bad to book them at first place, could have done it better than them myself.

Never ever going to book them again.

I have Ordered a Photo Album by Paying Rs 1189, to Gift to My Wife on Account of Her Birthday on 19/09/ 2025 and Uploaded 24 Photos
They have Committed to Deliver the Album within 7Days
But in spite of my Repeated Reminders and emails, No any Response from Them…
So Please Take Care while Placing Orders and Paying to Them…
They don’t even have the “Track My Order” Option
So Don’t Go For any Orders with Them

I recently placed order on giftlaya. The service was on time which I selected and cake and decoration was also very good and tasty.
I really recommend their website

I ordered a chocolate bento cake for someone’s 21st birthday with a very simple design. I even provided the exact picture with the design, color, and details. All they had to do was replicate it but apparently, even that was too much for them.

The delivery was supposed to be at 7 PM, but at 5 PM they called and said they couldn’t make it on time and would deliver at 10:30 PM instead. I agreed, but later no one picked up my calls. I even asked them to deliver the next day since it was already too late, but they didn’t respond. Instead, they showed up at 11:45 PM without confirming and just called to say, “Please put it in the fridge.” There wasn’t even anyone at home at that hour!

Please don’t waste your time, effort, or money here. They will ruin your special moments and you deserve much better. I had such high hopes, but they completely ruined my day.

It’s a great experience working with Giftlaya team. I ordered on the last minute, but they consider it and I really appreciate that, decoration was on point as shown in the picture. We loved it. Thank you so much Giftlaya

Worth booking for decoration.. would really recommend giftlaya for special occasions.. the staff who came to decorate was also really good.. Definitely recommended 💯

Decoration was good. But the team's management and coordination was bad.

Since it was a surprise u have arranged for my wife for my trip to Nashik, I have given them all the details to whom to contact and gave instructions on how to get things done.

But they haven't followed any of that. There were 100 people calling me on that day for every thing even though I have given every instruction clearly. Because of this it ruined the surprise that I have planned and got into issues with the owner of the property. I had to pay extra for the owner due to mismanagement of this team.

This team is not fit for surprises planning. You can go with some regular cake ordering etc.

Decoration was done nicely.

After paying Rs.1250 + delivery charges for blue orchids what we received were normal scarlet orchids dipped in blue colour and the leaves used for the bouquet were torn off from roadside plants nobody uses for a gift bouquet . Totally unprofessional and fraudulent company just focussed on making money

Worst experience ever. Booked service and paid advance but provider never arrived, stopped picking calls. Giftlaya also didn’t help. Don’t ever try them.

Worst site I have ever selected for the cake. I will never order anything from giftlaya. I have asked to deliver the cake at 7.00 pm but they delivered it at 9.45 & also at the wrong address, I have to take my bike & take the cake from that location. Once the cake was given to me, the driver asked to me to pay the delivery in cash. I had already paid the delivery amount in advance still the driver is asking me to pay. I kept calling the customer service number but nobody answered my call. I was fighting with the driver for almost 15 minutes for this thing. I will suggest never buy anything from giftlaya. Worst service ever. I will also complain against giftlaya.

Inside the product box i got waste clothes and too much waste unwanted plastics , product also damaged, glue not attached properly for flowers
