I placed an order for two terrariums with grow lights on Friday 1/2/26. It is now 3/14/26 and not one product has been delivered and no notifications received since purchasing. This is so sad. Not only do I feel scammed, I feel bad because I let my grandchildren down. This something we were supposed to do together, and unfortunately I don’t have that kind of money to order these again from somewhere else right now. Just a horrible experience.

Too bad I cannot give them zero stars. Ordered a dress in early May, which took over a month to arrive. And it was the wrong dress! After badgering them for a week, I finally got a return slip so I could return the dress for a refund (which they should have given me immediately, without having to return the wrong dress). The dress was returned 4 weeks ago and still no refund. These guys are scammers.

Horrible customer service. My package clearly is stuck and has been stuck for 2 weeks. They said they would send another package. When I asked them to send me the new tracking number, they sent the old one again and said "it's almost there" even though its clearly not moving. I asked for a refund but who knows if they will actually help

Item was not as described. Company did not allow me to return it despite it still being in the original packing, and despite my offering to pay for postage. Their website claims they accept returns of unopened merchandise. Phone number listed is not real, noone responds to emails, on messenger they just kept lying. Seems China based scam company through and through.

09/03/24 It has been a year since this happened and I could never get a response from anyone via email or Messenger. Your phone number did not work. Now you say you want to help? I have long given up. I gave your product to the Salvation Army, still unopened as you refused to take it back, despite the fact that your website says it accepts returns of unopened items. It was a complete loss for me. So if you truly want to help then reimburse the cost of the product.

total scam! fake product and not what we ordered.

I was scammed. Product was not what they described. Liars!! I should have read these reviews beforehand. They haven't responded to my emails. I sent to 2 different emails. It's been over 2 weeks. I'm going to make a claim thru PayPal. Hopefully they can stop them from cheating customers..

This company is a total scam! I ordered plush toys in July and I got them in August, but they were not the same quality as the advertised ones. I returned the package the next day to their return address in the U.S. I haven't received my money back! It's been almost 4 months! I keep e-mailing the company, but I never hear back from them. Such an awful experience! Please don't buy from them!

I agree with everybody. They are scammers. Won’t accept the return of their product.

I ordered a security camera a few months back. It arrived in a timely matter, and I love my camera. It works great and I’m going to order a Few more for Christmas.

In a world where honesty in reviews is disparaged remember these. Visuals can be deceptive, quality is given to one’s perception and what you pay for isn’t always what’s received.

I ordered a reversible umbrella in May 2022. It never came. Since the beginning of August 2022 I have sent their Customer Service 4 requests to update me on the status. My order was confirmed via email but it was never sent. You have to go hunting for a contact telephone number that never repies. THIS SITE/COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM! BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered a war-helmet lamp and it was not even close to the size of what they advertised not to mention it’s just melted metal in a helmet shape . Don’t buy from these guys .its been two years since this and you relied 5 hours ago . I don’t need to say anything else lol.

This web site is a total SCAM! I bought an item they advertised on their site (War Relic Lamp) and they shipped me a 3" plastic toy version!

i ordered shoes 3 WEEKS ago and still waiting on them.I can't get ahold of anyone to inquire about my order. this site is a FAKE and SCAM. BUYER BEWARE. I thought they were being shipped from California only to find out they came outta China.

I do not believe this is a legitimate company. I ordered shoes. The buckle fell off the shoe when I undid it right after getting them. I don't think I've ever seen such cheap shoes. I've asked for my money back and have heard nothing.
