Had placed a bulk order for my kids bday through whatsapp, I had explicitly mentioned them about the design for boys and girls. I got a confirmation on availability of product and then they placed the order and it got delivered on time. I am happy and would definately recommend them.

One star is even not worth giving. Such a pathetic service. No customer support. They only look for the orders, not customer support. I have ordered sports theme sling bags for birthday return gifts. Not a banana can fit in the bag. I am damn shocked. Products are literally cheap in quality, size and more. Not at all suggestable to prefer this page. Customers, kindly beware of them. Only money looters.

I have always had a great experience with Giftoo. For the past two years, I have been buying return gifts from them, and the kids are always very happy.
This time, I ordered glue pens and magnet bookmarks. The children loved them, and even my son’s tuition teacher really appreciated both items. The quality and creativity of the gifts are always impressive.

Giftoo is misleading customers, in their website they show multiple colour sling bag so I ordered 18 sling bags, but they only sent pink and light purple colour bags. I highlighted this issue to them but they are no way interested in helping me. They told me to ship to back to their address that too on my expense and then they will check and if possible give me giftoo coupon for same amount means I would not get refund in my source account which is credit card or bank account.

Later for my second order of 5 bags, I clearly mentioned the colours I want, but purposefully they sent me 3 pink colour bags again and saying I didn’t mentioned anything while order.

Just amazing products ,reasonable costs..

Placed my order after speaking to the staff that I need my order to be received within 5 days. They assured me so placed complete trust in them and ordered but now the order will be delivered after 7 days. This was an urgent order and had to be received within 5 days. Spoke to them about the delay but getting cold response from them. Never shopping again with Giftoo. They do not honour their words
