Great customer service. Keep up the good work!

Me and my wife based in US ordered birthday cake for my father in law in Kabul. To be frank, initially, I was skeptical of the company. However, I quickly realized that this was one the most professional company that I have worked with respect to birthday cake preparation and delivery. With the ongoing difficult times in Afghanistan, they made sure that the entire process of order, delivery, communication was literally a cake-walk.

Gifts to Kabul went above and beyond just preparing and delivering the cake. Customized balloons, exceptional greeting card, packaging etc. were all complimentary. Before sending the package for delivery, they provided us with pics and also updated us about the reaction of my father-in-law when delivered. I did not pay any extra penny for this experience. Needless to mention that even paying extra bucks in US, the provided service will be not even close to the exceptional experience we had with Gifts to Kabul. My only regret being that I should have paid more tip to them while placing the order. Also, my father in law conveyed to us that the cake was tasty, fresh and went beyond par when compared with other reputed local Kabul bakeries.

Gifts to Kabul has totally earned a new and repeated customer like us. We will be using their services in the near-future and in part also contribute towards the local Kabul community.

Flowers were good, I was able to customize the flowers the way I wanted and the seller did not reject my requests. The delivery was hard to get to as its in a compound yet the seller was collaborative and helped me deliver the flowers to the location, and was very communicative over Whatsapp.

The service is great and I will definitely use it again.

From placing my order to delivery it was a smooth ride. The gentleman helped me through the entire process. He did exactly what I wanted to be done. Throughout whats app it made it so easy to communicate, he even sent photos of each basket. One thing I liked he was very honest with me, eg what fruits we're available at this time.

Placing an International order might be very challenging if the receiver lives in Afghanistan. Of course for obvious reasons, but Gifts to Kabul has been nothing but super helpful, professional and caring. They were not only that, but also made me a customized box and delivered at right time, although it was on 1st day of Eid. They were sending me photos, videos and suggestions throughout the process of making the box, and that is something you may not find somewhere else. Also, their customer care service is super helpful. I am happy to say that I will do business with them more often. Thank you for the amazing job :)

Absolutely wonderful experience. I wrote to them through whatsapp and the staff I spoke to was extremely friendly and courteous. They helped me with translating the message I wanted on the card from english to pashto, kept me updated all the way until the finished product (I ordered the combo gift set, with a cake, flowers, a teddy, a chocolate basket), they even sent me pictures of the finished product. They did such a great job.

GiftsToKabul is an amazing company that made me and the Birthday boy very happy today. I live in the UK and could not get anything to him on time and GiftsToKabul made it all possible! Amazing service, great communication skills through Instagram ,very professional and reliable. I am still shocked it all went so well lol.
