⭐ 1/5 – Poor advice that cost me over £350
I used Gigaa Holidays for my visa application and I would not recommend them.
Before paying, I told them several times that my UK visa was expiring on 28 August and asked whether this would be a problem. They assured me it would not be an issue and that my return date only needed to be one month before my visa expiry.
Relying on their advice, I travelled from England to Scotland for my appointment and spent over £350 on travel, hotel and related costs. When I arrived, the VFS centre refused to accept my application because my visa needed at least three months' validity. This is exactly the concern I had raised with them beforehand.
After several calls, they agreed to apply again once my visa extension was sorted, but refused any refund. Now they are asking me to pay an extra £85 appointment fee on top of what I have already paid.
They did not check my documents properly or give accurate advice, and I am the one who has paid the price. Please double-check every requirement yourself before using this service.
