They will pull a RCC from your account if you miss a payment. It's not best practice to do business with them because they are very difficult to deal with and only work through text. Even after being paid off for $2600 plus they will pull money after several months. Horrible experience after working with them for many years.

this is just another predator taking advantage of people who simply need help. Unless you're prepared to be in a much worse situation, don't sign up for this.

I've used them only to build credit for my business as most banks wont work with you as a small business. I've repayed in 3 days. All the people that write bad reviews are desperate for money when they probably bleeding profits. DO NOT USE GIGGLE thinking this is your way out. They charge you 400% And you must repay every week for 10 weeks and you only get one month to pay less as a discount. This should be used only to build credit anything else and you will have th eproblems eveyrbody else is having. BE SMART.

Do NOT use this company. This is the worst of the worst company. My lawyer is currently negotiating with them, we offered them more than we owe them, and they refused. You need to know if you have issues with payment, they don’t work with you. And instead choose to lien your card processor. ALSO, this company tried to write a check fraudulently to themselves. My bank blocked them.

MCA companies like this are clogging up the court systems because good people are trying to get them banned. Why? Because they are not “loans” so they don’t have to abide by lending laws. Do not use this company. I don’t care how easy it seems to get the money you think you need. The fees they charge you are outrageous. I’ve paid them three payments and had a business cash flow issue. They refused to work with me, and now they are being offered more than I originally borrowed plus more (including their ridiculous fees). A company that treats people like that are the scum of the earth. These are the worst people. It’s an immoral company. Words can’t describe how horrible this company is. Your best bet is to stay far away!

Do not work with this company. You cannot get in touch with anyone regarding your loan. The only replies I received were negative interactions, including harassment and threats, after I gave this company explicit information about my representative to contact in order to receive their payments. This company was completely unprofessional and I will not be working with them again.

Got approved. Told me it would take five minutes. Nothing. They blow smoke up a$$es. I don't like my time wasted with nonsense. Keep your money.

Excellent customer service

My experience with Giggle Finance has been extremely frustrating and stressful. While the company markets itself as a fast and flexible funding option for small businesses, the reality was very different.
After making payments and being told my balance was satisfied, I later received conflicting communications stating that additional amounts were owed without clear documentation or itemized explanations. Despite repeated requests for transparency and written clarification, responses were inconsistent and slow.
What made the situation worse was the filing of a UCC lien, which severely impacted my business operations and access to merchant processing. Even after payments were made and funds were sent directly from my processor, the lien was not promptly resolved, causing ongoing financial harm.
I have had to file formal complaints with regulatory agencies simply to get basic responses and accountability. For business owners, especially those relying on uninterrupted cash flow, this lack of clarity, communication, and urgency is incredibly damaging.
I strongly recommend that any business considering Giggle Finance fully understand the terms, request everything in writing, and proceed with extreme caution.

This company is extremely unethical. I received a $7,000 loan on 8/5/2025 on 12/3/2025 it was paid off they sent a text as they normally do congratulations once your payment clears you will be all paid off. I then responded can they terminate the ucc lie they filed. They told me to contact their legal department. They had the audacity to say that the rep sent it by mistake and they will talk to their supervisor they don’t know what they’re doing? I actually owe an additional $2600 because a lien was filed. This form costs $40 to file. I also noticed based on other reviews they charge different amounts to people. I’m assuming based on what they believe the customer is able to pay. Also I advise everyone to file a complaint with the consumer financial protection bureau they will refuse to respond and enough of these complaints will result in an investigation into their predatory practices. Also contact your attorney general of your state as well . At the moment they have over $20,000 of my funds on a $7,000 loan and they refuse to file a ucc termination letter which is illegal. I have sued them in superior court.

The only issue was a brief delay during Christmas/New Year, when banks were closed and deposits were delayed everywhere. I explained this, and once funds cleared, I immediately paid early—as I always do—expecting renewal.

Instead, Giggle hid behind a generic “decision is final” message. No phone support, no human review, no accountability. Years of good history erased over a holiday banking delay.

If you’re a real business with net-30 customers, be careful. This platform is rigid, automated, and offers terrible customer service.

For comparison: Stripe Capital has been far more reasonable, and Pipe Capital is by far the best experience I’ve had—transparent, flexible, and actually treats businesses like partners.

Giggle works until it doesn’t. When it doesn’t, you’re on your own. May work for Freelancers or Gig workers.

I recently applied for a funding opportunity, encouraged by a friend's recommendation. My business generates between $25,000 and $30,000, yet I found that I did not qualify for the funding. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned.

We deserve clarity and transparency in funding processes, as well as genuine support that aligns with their promises.

This is an excellent company for self employed people who are unable to obtain a decent loan. You’re treated good even if your credit is bad and you’re given a loan that is fair and with good terms. Best of all communication is the best
