I have been buying from "Ginco" for over a year now so I can speak with experience. They sell an enormous range of nuts, lentils and various dried fruit items (cranberry, sultana, currants etc). They supply and deliver FREE at fantastic wholesale prices (to traders and general public). Payment is by card or PayPal with next day free delivery. They have always delivered promptly. Their website at "Ginco" is easy to navigate and their ordering system is instant online. Communication is 100% with confirmations etc.

Placed order two weeks ago .still waiting to be delivered .no tracking system no information on courier website .just found out today parcel has sent to senders back without bothering to be delivered or contacted me by phone. Order arrived with one item wrongly…
Order arrived with one item wrongly sent and one of the packets had a very large tear. I informed Ginco who accepted responsibility and said would refund for the 2 items. No action was taken so I messaged them again, this time a Ginco Admin said that he personally issued a refund on the day. There was no refund. PayPal case was opened and they still wouldn't refund despite pictures etc. PayPal refunded the amount due. Their despatch times are good, the packaging was ok but they seem to be using cheaper packaging now for some items. Quality of product is satisfactory but customer service is atrocious

The products are if excellent quality & perfect packaging & prompt delivery.
The only difficulty faced was that the delivery went to my billing address rather than delivery address. As I have tenants they kept it safe for me!
This error should not have occur - the admin gas room for improvement. Hence the 4 star review.

Taken Money Last Month & Order Still Not Arrived
I order around £30 of stock for the office every month and EVERY month so far the delivery has been delayed.
This last month I placed my order on the 24th of April and had to pay a £4.99 compulsory delivery charge. They claim the order will be delivered by the next working day if order before 2pm.
It is now the 2nd of May and I still don't have my order or a response from Ginco to say when I will expect the order or an offer to refund the extortionate delivery charge.

First and last time…
So annoying that I ordered some cashew nuts and was sent toasted corn instead, I have sent emails and called but yet to receive a solution to this problem.
Inconsistent quality and messed up delivery
I ordered my first time with them for various nuts, seeds and dry fruits. I found the quality and price were good and I got their order in the timeframe they promised.
So after having good experience with them I naturally wanted to place another order, and I did for 3*1kg roasted and salted sunflower seeds.
I placed the order on Thursday and chose express shipping which meant I would get my order by Saturday. I got notification from Royal Mail that the shipping label was created and now they are waiting to receive the product for delivery. So that shipping notification didn’t get updated for a few days and after I waited 5 days I contacted the company to check where my order was. They came back to me with apology and blamed Royal Mail on loosing my package and promised they will immediately post a new one.
Next day I received an update on the same tracking number they gave me initially that the package now with Royal Mail and processed for delivery. That means they created a label and forgot to post my item in the first place, then why blame Royal Mail for it? If Royal Mail lost my parcel like they claimed they would have posted a new parcel with the new tracking number but that’s not what happened.
That was a first red flag for me that the company lied about the whole situation.
The second red flag I got when I asked for delivery refund since they took a week instead of 2 days as promised to deliver my order. There was no response to my request at all
To make the matter worse the product I ordered was not a good quality and definitely wasn’t the same quality I ordered the first time. The first time I ordered exact same product the quality was good, seeds were well roasted, salted and good size also very tasty.
The second time product came and I knew it was different just by looking at it, the seeds were much smaller and even different shape. So when I tried it they were not good, very soggy, the shell stuck to the seed and won’t come off easily like in a good quality should do.
Also there was some bitter taste present and I could make out the seeds were spoilt or were not treated right way.
So anyway after waiting for my order for 7 days I got a bunch of seeds I can’t use. So so disappointing and needless to say I won’t be ordering from them ever again
