Ho comprato una chitarra da questo sito, e devo fare i complimenti a tutto il personale che ha preso parte al controllo, pulizia e preparazione, del mio pacco, che è arrivato in tempi record. Oltre alla bellezza della chitarra mi ha impressionato la qualità del servizio offerto da Gino Guitars a cui vanni i miei complimenti.

WTF!!! I do not have 10 stars to give to them, but they deserve all of 10. I bought my Gibson SG Custom from London. Gianluca help me all the way from A to Z even with the Tax return. Alex came to pick me up to the bus stop, included a nice pizza and then when the business was closed they took me back to the bus stop!!!! Amazing 10 stars**********

Favoloso!, al di là della bellezza del negozio - che sembra una boutique - e della scelta molto ampia di strumenti di altissimo livello, questo negozio è gestito in maniera impeccabile, accoglienti, precisi, simpatici e molto gentili. Io mi son trovato benissimo, mi hanno fatto provare quello a cui ero interessato, senza mettermi fretta e rendendosi disponibili. E non è il primo acquisto che faccio. Oltretutto controllano TUTTE le chitarre che spediscono loro le varie case. Insomma, troverete sempre degli strumenti al limite della perfezione.

This is my second purchase from Gino’s Guitars. My experience dealing with Gianluca on both occasions was excellent. The first guitar I purchased was a Fender Custom Shop Telecaster and the second was a Gibson Les Paul SG.

On both occasions I have found that the guitars were more securely packed than I have ever previously experienced. They arrived in mint condition and exactly on schedule. The customer service provided was first class and Gianluca was a pleasure to deal with.

I would highly recommend Gino’s Guitars and will be back for future purchases.

Gino Guitars is a high class guitar store located in Milan(o), Italy. I came across them online after visiting the Gibson Garage in Nashville, TN. At the Garage, I tested several guitars and had the experience of a lifetime testing out a Gibson Custom Guitars & Neck (as well as some Gibson USA Models). Due to being on the road, travelling with family, I didn't feel safe to make a purchase back, yet I always remembered that the 57/58 feared ''baseball bat neck'' is the one that's perfectly suitable for me according to the neck models on the store. Always had in mind to purchase a 57' or 58 Gibson Les Paul Standard in the future since owning was supposed to be my dream lifetime guitar. I have several guitars similar to it, but a Gibson Les Paul from the Custom Shop is something else.

After I returned from my trip in April, I came upon Gino Guitars by Google Searching for 1958 LP Standard when I came upon a Kindred Burst 1958 LP Standard with Black Custombuckers giving me exact Slash vibes. One of the guys whose guitar playing I like the most. Gino Guitars offer several methods of payments like credit cards and wire transfers. Due to my current financial situation, I opted to make the payment via wire transfer. Prior to this, I did contact the store via email and via WhatsApp. They always answered and responded in a good manner of time. I had to go via the fraud prevention system from my US Bank and it took several days for Gino Guitars to receive my payment. Upon receipt of payment, they prepared the guitar for shipping and shipped it away.
The guys at the U.S. Customs opened my package and demanded information from the seller and myself via the shipping carrier FedEx. The guitar store owner in compliance filled out his paperwork as well as the Lacey Act Information for guitars coming into the U.S. I did my part as well.

It took around 3 weeks for my guitar to arrive thanks to the U.S. Customs, but my guitar arrived in perfectly good condition and playable. To my understand they did perform a setup, and I'm currently playing it at the time of writing.
The reason that I write this review is because this store, Gino Guitars DELIVERS!
Me being limited to writing English & Spanish only wasn't a limitation for business. We made business in English language and I wrote him at all times and hours. I deeply apologize for writing early in the morning. He still respectfully delivered all the time, before, during the purchase, during the shipping process, until my guitar came home. I'm truly highly grateful for this.

I know that sometimes in the US we may limit ourselves to our own stores for ''reason(s)'', but Gino Guitars has an excellently professional and good taste selection that with all due respect may not be able to be found on an US Store, Local or Big Chain.
Buying here is worthwhile. They do deliver. Buy safe!

Questo negozio mi ha veramente stupito per la quantità e qualità delle chitarre che espone. Un vero paradiso della chitarra e dopo avere visitato parecchi negozi , mi sono reso conto che qui è tutt'altra cosa . Chitarre di ogni genere , dalle più economiche a quelle di altissima qualità e livello. Un ambiente insomma gestito in modo impeccabile, gente che per tradizione conosce le esigenze del cliente e soddisfa ogni richiesta in modo gentile, preciso, rapido e con grandissima professionalità. Ottimo servizio, un accessorio non era incluso nel mio ordine, questo mi è stato successivamente consegnato. Posso solo raccomandare Gino Guitars... Le chitarre Custom Shop sono fantastiche e questo non sarà sicuramente il mio ultimo acquisto.

Ricevuta la mia Taylor 322ce 12-Fret, portata su in casa e lasciata ad aspettarmi poiché dovevo andare a lavoro. Al rientro, osservo la meticolosità con cui lo strumento è stato preparato per la spedizione. Apro lo scatolo e un PROFUMO legnoso pervade il mio studio. Imbraccio la chitarra e... che dirvi!? IL mio BLUES è INIZIATO. TUTTO PERFETTO! Grazie ragazzi!

Vivo insvizzera e ho ordinato una bellissima Les Paul per telefono e sono stato consigliato ottimamente sulle varie possibilitá di pagamento e di sdoganamento.
Ottima anche la comunicazione ia Whatsapp per quanto riguarda la desiderata data di arrivo ecc.
La chitarra é arrivata come d‘accordo e lo set up é perfetto!
Basta spacchettare intonare e si fa suonare che é una meraviglia.
Cosa dire… non vedo l‘ora di andare un giorno a Milano nel negozio per conoscere il Team di Gino dal vivo.

Super happy with this shop! Responsive, professional, quick and the amazing guitar arrived flawlessly set up, and even earlier than estimated (to Denmark, no less).

Also wouldn't even be able to find this guitar elsewhere, so I'm beyond grateful.

Sólo buenas palabras para Gino Guitars: página bien organizada; puedes ver una galería de fotos profesionales del instrumento concreto que vas a recibir, identificado con su número de serie (es recomendable ver las fotografías en el ordenador, aunque en el móvil también se aprecian bastante bien); la descripción de la guitarra es bastante completa, a destacar que incluye el peso de la unidad elegida (muy variable incluso en el mismo modelo); la calificación de estado es veraz en usado (compre una guitarra “mint” y está completamente íntegra y libre de marcas y desgastes) y cuándo tienen algún defecto viene descrito y fotografiado; la guitarra viene ajustada según declaran y percibo; el transporte es rápido, con buen embalaje y asegurado; las respuesta es rápida y satisfactoria a las consultas efectuadas antes y después de la compra.
El precio en nuevo es ligeramente más alto que en webs españolas (las he visitado todas o casi) pero se compensa por el servicio extra. El precio en usado es correcto.
La web ofrece exclusivamente guitarras de un abanico (algo limitado) de importantes marcas: no busques otra cosa.
Sugerencias: estaría bien incluir entre las fotografías una del perfil del mástil y también poder adquirir junto con la guitarra algún complemento como correa o cuerdas.
