Shocking quality and customer service
I purchased a watch on 30th March 2025 from Glacier London’s eBay shop. Unfortunately, just last week the watch stopped working completely. Initially, I assumed it was simply a battery issue, so I took it to a local watch repair shop to have it replaced.
However, I was told by the watch specialist that the battery was not the problem—the watch itself had failed entirely. He explained that the internal components were very low quality and that it would require a full movement replacement to function again.
I contacted the company regarding this issue, but after 5 days I have still not received any response. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer care and after-sales support.
Considering the watch cost £135, I would have expected it to last significantly longer than just 12 months. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience and I would not recommend based on both the product quality and poor customer service.
