Warning to anyone thinking of…
Warning to anyone thinking of subscribing to Glam AI.
Please be very careful and document everything before paying this business.
In our experience, the plan we subscribed to was presented one way at the time of purchase, then later changed. The Creator plan was promoted with broader access, including access to all models and unlimited use at the time we relied on it. After that, limits were introduced, model access changed, and customers were pushed toward higher-priced plans to get features that were originally presented as included.
That means customers can subscribe to one offer and later end up with less, while being pressured to pay more.
Another serious concern: ask them for a proper tax invoice and ask support to provide the full legal tax and business details of the operating entity. In our experience, support ignored or refused to clearly provide those details. For any online business taking customer money, that lack of transparency should concern every customer.
We also questioned the business identity being presented to customers, including the claim of being US-based, and the lack of clear official business information only made those concerns more serious.
This post is based on our experience and our records, including:
- the plan description at the time of subscription
- later limits placed on the plan
- removal or restriction of model access
- upgrade prompts asking for more money
- support responses refusing to clearly identify the legal business details
Before you subscribe, protect yourself:
- take screenshots of the pricing page
- save the full plan description
- ask for a proper tax invoice
- ask for the full legal business name, address, and tax details
- keep every email, receipt, and support reply
And if you already purchased a plan, then the plan changed, you lost money, or you were pushed to pay more for what you believed was originally included, contact the payment provider that processed your transaction first and submit a formal complaint with your evidence. If your payment was processed through Square, contact Square and request a dispute review or refund assessment based on the service you were originally sold versus what was later provided.
Customers deserve transparency, consistent plan terms, and clear legal business details before handing over their money.
Please do your due diligence.
