It is a pain that we can't speak to any individuals, but the response time on emails is quick, I am happy with the service.

I had a good experience with customer support which can be rare these days. They were able to straighten out a problem with my order quickly and efficiently. To me, that's the sign of a good company.

Outside of the product which was still good, when I was having issues with my subscription, it took not even 5 minutes for the customer service department to take care of it which I appreciate greatly.

When I realized that there was another shipment charged to my account I contacted them immediately. I explained my situation, and they responded immediately. My credit card was credited back the amount that was charged. I received Avery nice apology for the mix up, and everyone was happy. Thank you Glamara.

I can not understand how did my order end up in Arizona and one lives in Georgia. Complete SCAM, but I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. This kind of thing has to stop and I really needed them but what to expect when you fight for a country four times in a WAR but can not get what you need for your body.

The capsules are basic in a good way. Easy to take, no aftertaste, and I don’t feel heavy after using them.

Customer service handled my question quickly. I had asked about how to use the drops and the reply was clear without sounding copied.

Their response is truly professional and all issues are sorted and resolved quickly. Really customer friendly.
