I genuinely regret trusting this company and I seriously question how they are operating as “professionals” in construction.

Before the work was even completed, I was relentlessly pressured through constant phone calls and WhatsApp messages to leave positive reviews. The contractor would repeatedly call me while I was out with family purely to ask me to write reviews for the company, despite the work not even being finished yet. Looking back now, the desperation for reviews before completing the work properly should have been the first major warning sign.

At the time, I trusted the company and agreed to leave a positive review something I now completely regret.

The biggest issue throughout this entire experience was the constant refusal to listen to the client. I made it very clear from the beginning that I wanted the old flooring removed before the new flooring was installed, because I would later be replacing the skirting with another company. I raised concerns about this multiple times and was repeatedly dismissed and told there was “no need” and that it “wouldn’t be a problem.”

Instead, they laid the new flooring directly on top of the old flooring clearly the quickest and laziest option possible.

When the skirting specialists later arrived, they immediately explained what any competent contractor should already know: the flooring should never have been installed this way if the skirting was going to be replaced, as it affects the levelling and risks damaging the new floor during installation. In other words, the exact issue I had repeatedly warned them about from the start.

The same thing happened in the kitchen. The walls clearly needed proper plastering, however the contractor again refused and insisted there was “no need.” Instead of carrying out the work properly, they simply painted over the existing issues because they clearly did not want to extend the job or put in the necessary effort. I specifically raised concerns about this beforehand and was again dismissed entirely. Now cracks are appearing throughout the kitchen walls exactly as I feared they would.

The most frustrating part was the dismissive attitude throughout the process. It genuinely felt as though my concerns were ignored because I was expected to know nothing about construction as a woman, despite the fact every concern I raised later turned out to be completely valid. Once deposits had been paid, I felt trapped into trusting their judgement, which was clearly a mistake.

The workmanship overall was careless and rushed. Certain flooring clips were glued down instead of properly fitted, corners and finishing were poorly executed, and the overall standard of work reflected a serious lack of professionalism and attention to detail.

To make matters worse, the workers repeatedly used our private bathroom throughout the day and consistently left it in a disgusting and unhygienic condition. The property was left messy, disrespected and badly managed overall.

This company appears far more focused on chasing reviews and rushing through jobs than actually delivering quality workmanship. I would strongly advise anyone considering using them to think very carefully before doing so. The stress, poor workmanship, dismissive attitude and complete disregard for client instructions made this one of the worst experiences I have had with any contractor.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

All stages of my kitchen refurbishment project were carried out to a very high standard. My family are all delighted with our new kitchen and I would highly recommend Glam Kitchens.

Very satisfied with the works done by this company in a kitchen renovation. Thanks to their expertise in logistics and sourcing of materials, the kitchen was delivered in less than two weeks. Tony, the main fitter, has seen through his fair share of projects making him the right person to trust and seek advise. He quickly resolved issues faced mid project. For example, he very professionally customised a Howden's cabinets for an appliance that was not standard size.
Asad communication and responsiveness are excellent. I particularly appreciate they coming back quickly after the kitchen was delivered to help replacing a faulty (not of their fault) power socket.

On a personal level, both Tony are Asad are easy-going and pleasant people to interact with.

We chose Glam Kitchens for a kitchen and bathroom renovation based on the many positive reviews. Asad was very helpful and responsive during the design and planning stage taking account of our needs and making helpful suggestions. The installation was undertaken by Tony and to say his work is fantastic is an understatement. He is genuinely multi skilled and takes great pride in his work. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and the quality of the work was excellent. We have been very pleased with the results and would have no hesitation in recommending Glam Kitchens.

Really good service. Took the time to find out what we wanted, and to make sure that we were happy with the finished product (which we were!) Glam managed all the stages of the process, from the design to the fitting, which meant that everything was completed within a reasonable timeframe. Thoroughly recommend.

Asad managed our full kitchen renovation and did a great job. He handled everything from ripping out the old kitchen to designing and fitting the new kitchen in just over a week. Tony was fantastic. The kitchen looks great and the service was excellent. Highly recommend.

I chose Glam Kitchens mainly based on others' reviews but also because they were the only company from those who quoted for the job who were willing to listen to what I wanted and explain how they would achieve it rather than just tell me what they could do. I am very pleased with the completed job and would recommend the company without hesitation. Tony, the fitter, worked long and hard to get the job finished in 7.5 days. Everything was left tidy at the end of each day meaning far less disruption than I feared and all ran smoothly thanks to Asad's planning.

10/10 - I think I made a great choice to get Asad and his team to renovate my kitchen for a number of reasons:

- I spent very little of my time on this, mostly just choosing tiles and the furniture colour.
- The whole process is well organized - the furniture, the counter tops will arrive when they are needed, and the old appliances are taken away for you
- Tony is a great fitter with an attention to detail, and he can adjust things as needed
- The end result looks great

Glam Kitchens helped us renovate our old kitchen. We wanted to replace our flooring and worktops, and they provided great ideas and options. When we suggested using different designs and flooring, they were very accommodating and flexible.

Both the fitters and the project management were efficient and the whole process ran smoothly. There were a few things we were initially worried about, but the team took our feedback on board and resolved everything quickly.

We just moved in to our new home and needed the kitchen doing quickly. Asad and his team were brilliant. He proposed a new optimal layout and his team carried out the work with attention to detail and care, even rewiring the electrics and installing new plumbing for us. The kitchen was expertly fitted. We did not have to worry about anything or get any other contractors in and I could keep working my day job! Took the hassle out of everything. Asad was also very responsive and informative over WhatsApp, I was able to contact him late at night and he still kept me informed and updated. 10/10!!

When I first contacted Asad at Glam Kitchens I wasn’t sure what I wanted or how it would all come together. Asads patience and support in helping me decide and showing me multiple options at different budgets was incredible helpful and we landed on this fantastic end result. Tony & Les are incredible kitchen fitters, nothing was too much trouble and they found creative solutions when issues came up. They were timely, tidy & efficient, not to mention, great company to be around and full of laughter. From start to finish this project was straight forward & met all my expectations. I did a fresh up refurb of my kitchen and everything went smoothly. No job is too big or too small for Asad. Asad and his team (Tony in particular) did a great job. They left the room clean and collected all the rubbish. I have used their services 3 times and will continue as a returning customer.

I'm delighted I selected Glam Kitchens for my kitchen refurbishment. It went as smoothly and as quickly as a kitchen refurbishment can. Asad dealt with all the providers and contractors; an issue with the worktop was resolved with minimal fuss and without me having to get involved. Tony, who fitted the kitchen, was considerate, speedy and meticulous in his work. All completed very quickly, minimal fuss and a high quality fit.

Mr. Asad took the time to understand our old kitchen layout and planned the new design perfectly. The workmanship by Tony was of the highest standard — precise, clean, and beautifully finished. Excellent service. Tradesman fitting kitchen and doing everything else like lights, plumbing etc. very knowledgeable and highly skilled, sorted out a wrongly fitted worktop by getting the fitters back. Our advice is always trust the excellent tradesman; we were told by someone else we could maybe live with it. However, this is a small quibble, as it was sorted very quickly on advice of tradesperson. He also added a few features we wanted such as matching divider from the back of the fridge to the wall to leave no visible gap, as well as boxing pipes visible to the left of the entrance and painting it the same colour as the feature wall. Perhaps one thing would be for the manager not to recommend we give a tip, when I had one ready anyway! Good management of the project, however, and manager very active checking the work and keeping us informed. Very pleased with our refreshed kitchen!

I am moving into my flat and Glam Kitchen renovated the kitchen, bathroom, flooring and painted the entire flat. They finished on time and the quality was outstanding
