Ya no es la primera vez que compro bicicletas para mis sobrinos y la calidad es estupenda, el plazo de entrega es lo que marca, y si tienes alguna incidencia con el pedido te la contestan en un periodo corto y aportando siempre soluciones. Valoración de compra muy positiva, seguiré repitiendo

20 inch Maggie Bike

My daughter got the 20 inch Maggie Bike for Christmas with the baby doll seat attachment and she loves it! We did have to pump up the tires some but other than that the bike has been great! It fits her perfectly It was very difficult to find a 20 inch bike in store for a girl so we opted to ordering online, it was a smooth process and we got updates along the way from confirmation of purchase all the way to delivery. I would definitely order a bike from Glerc again

15% DEDUCTION FOR RETURNS!!!!!

I bought a set of pads and a helmet for my five year old daughter so she could try roller skating. Unfortunately, I received a bundle intended for ages 8 to 15. While I accept that I may have made the error when ordering, I do not believe I would knowingly choose something that was clearly too large.

Once we realised the mistake, we began the process of returning the items for a refund. After a few days, I received an email asking for a photo of the helmet, which I provided. A couple of days later, I was asked to send photos of the pads, which I also did. I then received a third email requesting photos of the original packaging.

At that point, I replied to suggest that it would have been far more efficient to request all of this information in a single email, rather than prolonging the process over several days.

To add to the frustration, a 15% restocking fee is being applied, which feels excessive. It is difficult to understand how returning a helmet and a set of pads to a shelf justifies this charge, plus, I am paying for return post!

Overall, this has been a disappointing and unnecessarily drawn-out experience. Had I read the reviews beforehand, I would have avoided this retailer and chosen a company that values customer service and long-term relationships.

Glerc Bikes are a Great Buy

I ordered 3 bikes and helmets for the grandkids. The bikes seem to be built solid and not cheap. The people at Glerc were great with the two issues I had. A wicker basket was damaged during shipping and they sent me a new one no charge. Also one of the helmets was never delivered. Two came taped together but not the third. Glerc again was terrific and sent a new replacement helmet free of charge. Also everything was delivered before Christmas! I would recommend buying from Glercbikes to anyone! Thank you Glerc!

As others have said AVOID AVOID AVOID

As others have said AVOID AVOID AVOID! if you want a Glerc bike buy it from Amazon with free delivery and returns and often cheaper than the Glerc site. Customer service is slow and poor and very 18th Century! As for the 15% restocking charge to take an unopend unused item back, well its just a joke. Dont waste your time or money just buy eleswhere.

I have had similar issues with deliver

I have had similar issues with deliver. The bike has still not arrived. I have had responses from the company on email telling me they are looking into where the package is etc but after these reviews I'm requesting a full refund.

Do not buy

We searched for a bike for a our son for christmas and came across this company with a bike we agreed on, unfortunately it was out of stock so I contacted them and was told it would be in stock soon, we waited and eventually it came back into stock so we ordered it. We waited before getting tracking information and was originally given between 2nd and 5th December for delivery. The status never changed throught this period so I contacted them to ask for an update, I was told sometimes the courier doesnt update along with a lot of other reasons. I spoke to the courier who told me they hadn't even been given the bike, so i got in touch again to be told, as they had been caught out they admitted it actually hadn't been sent out and was still in their warehouse but would be sent out. Eventually we received the bike which was left thrown under one of our benches while no one was home, after inspection of the bike turned out there was damage to the bike from improper protection during transit, brake calipers ground down, suspension leaking oil, pedal arm ground down all from metal to metal contact and insufficient care. After emailing them about this they offered £20 refund and a touch up pen, this wouldn't even cover a tiny amount of having the bike repaired. I advised it would need to be a substantial refund or a replacement bike. They upped the refund to £30 again no where near enough. So i asked them to send a courier to both collect and deliver the replacement bike as this was a christmas present and we didnt want to chance him not getting a bike, was told no this cant be done, backwards and forwards for a couple of days until last night, they sent an email advising a courier would collect the bike and drop off a replacement to then be sent another email telling me this was for another customer which breaks data protection as it included the customers name and address. Advised what is good for one customer is good for another but again told no. Sick of going backwards and forwards with this company on what should be a simple fix so have requested they collect the bike for a full refund which is now going to cost us more money to buy locally. Stay away from this company.

The company is fraud

The company is fraud. I have ordered since start of November, still no answer. They only sent a tracking number which doesn't change at all.

【AVOID! 】£200 on a Faulty Bike and No Customer Service

Spent £200 for a 20 inch little molly bike. What a waste of money! Avoid this company.

The bike came with a faulty front fork which means the front wheel couldn’t be fitted in. Hardly any response from the customer service. They did acknowledge that it was a faulty fork from their side though and they could arrange a replacement. Nothing has happened or progressed. Their telephone line never works.

Requested now a full refund since I’ve been waiting for a whole week for a solution. Still no response. Now looks like I’ve spent £200 for scrapped metals. Can’t believe the customer service I’ve received as this was not the cheapest option in the market. How can a company selling children products be so irresponsible.

Bike never arrived

Bike never arrived. They took our money and vanished. It's been five days since the bike was "out for delivery" the company doe not respond to emails, messages, social media and their phone number does not work. 100% avoid!
