Iv been using glamorous lengths for around 13 years, never had a problem with the hair. One this time ordering my hair I put my old delivery address, contacted glamorous lengths and they sorted it out for me as quickly as possible and confirmed with me when they had changed it. So happy with their customer service, very reassuring friendly and polite. Would never use anyone else :) x

Won’t use any other hair use over and over again tinted still in amazing condition after a year

The support I received when ordering was excellent. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is I haven’t received the product yet to be able to comment on quality. Have ordered Luxe so hoping it’s exactly that!!

What a great Company to deal with - always on watsapp and you will always get a reply straight away even late into the evening. Had a problem with my login and someone emailed me back with all the info i needed to get me back in. Very friendly and I am definately going to use this company for all my hair extension goodies. recently completed a 2 days training, Pan was very patient and her attention to detail means you learn the right way to do things it's then up to you to apply the method. the staff was helpful and I would recommend them for hair extension training.
