Update: After receiving a phone call from Joanna I have decided to upgrade this to 3 stars. She called me first thing on the following Monday to confirm that there seemed to a problem with one of their pallets going missing. She was incredidbly apologetic of the situation and gave as much information as she had available. The reason I have decided to upgrade this is because they offered an immediate refund where many companies would just state that they are investigating and that I should wait a bit longer. Considering the package has gone missing and not just a really slow delivery, I feel that they have rectified this quicker than most but I still maintain that tracking on their pallets is necessary to avoid situations where they are unsure what has actually happened as they have no idea where their pallets are once they have been handed over to their courier.
Shipping takes way too long and the company provides very little information about where the product actually is. I am still waiting and getting concerned. I was originally told it should arrive in UK by early last week, then I was told Thursday. Then they said by Friday or Saturday it will definitely arrive in the Royal Mail network but still nothing. I have asked for international tracking but they said as it is shipped in bulk they cannot offer this. Most companies use this way of shipping so I don't know how they all can manage to provide international tracking but Glisshop is supposedly unable to provide any further details and just gives guess work.
I ordered 2 weeks ago now and Royal Mail is still saying waiting to receive package.
I gave an extra star because at least they actually have a phone number and live chat on their website and are responsive to it. So you can actually get hold of someone even if they do not offer much information and they come across as very irritated and cold with genuine concerns with not a sympathetic or apologetic word in their vocabulary. It is like it's an inconvenience to them that customers buy products from them and act as if they are doing us a favour and not that I have spent a large sum of money buying products from them. I find the excuse that they ship in bulk so bizarre. I have never ordered something that is only tracked part of the way and most companies use bulk shipping. They really need to invest time and money into fixing this because I know I certainly won't be ordering again with the same methods. I can only say that I am happy that I took part in the free shipping promotion because if I had paid the advertised £20 for this privilege I would have been furious.

I’ve bought helmets and skis from here, always a good price and the customer service was amazing each time. Can take a bit to ship to UK sometimes since it’s from France but not too long. And the customs fees were already included. 10/10
Tracking does not work, customer service unhelpful
Ordered a week ago. The day after ordering I recieved a dispatch notification with a tracking number that does not work. Contacted them by email without response, then on the support chat on the website. Customer service very cold not even a "hello" or "sorry for the inconvenience" on the chat. Finally, I got a response via email too, I was told that the tracking would not update until through customs. I've never had anything like this before, usually there is still tracking in the country of origin (France). I replied to ask when they expected it to be delivered (it is a Christmas present), given that I have no tracking (estimate when ordering was before Christmas) and I have had no response. They also said it had been dispatched Tuesday, but I received the dispatch email last Thursday which makes no sense. Even if I receive it, the communication is very poor (for example, if there is a problem with the tracking, explain it - I recieved an email with a tracking number that doesn't work at all for the past week, it is quite unsettling for quite a big order!) I have found the service very unprofessional up until now. Will update if/when I recieve it.

Contact opgenomen met Gliss sport, Tubbs terug gestuurd en gerepareerd weer ontvangen!
