**A Wonderful Experience on My Publishing Journey!**

Publishing my book was something very special to me, as I put a lot of time, effort, and heart into my work. I wanted to find a team that would understand my vision and help me bring it to life, and I’m genuinely happy with my experience with Global Books Publishers. The team was supportive throughout the process, and I appreciated having people I could turn to when I needed help or guidance. As an author, it means a lot to see your hard work moving toward becoming something you can share with the world. Overall, I’m glad I chose them for my publishing journey, and I’m thankful for the support I received. It has been a positive experience, and I would be happy to work with them again in the future!

During my publishing process, GBP was great. I ran into a problem with delivery of my book order. I could’ve dealt with it better if they would’ve communicated the issue.
I’m thankful they finally reached out and resolved the issue and have worked to regain my trust. I’m happy again!

I had a great experience with Global Books Publishers. Steve O’Connor was a great help and assisted me with great precision. He had thoughtful recommendations, ideas, and plans of action that we talked/walked through. I definitely recommend working with this company. Helping me get my book edited. Cover illustrations and published was a great overall success!

I previously left a positive review for this publisher because they helped me publish my book on Amazon.com and seemed to be on track for sending me 200 paperback copies of my book by Sept. 28, 2026 so I could take them to my military academy's reunion where I was going to sell the copies and had scheduled a book signing event. On Friday, Sept. 25, the project manager for my book, Frank Walker, informed me I was being transitioned to a new project manager, Steve Connor. I contacted Steve that same day to ensure my books would arrive on time. Not only did Steve tell me that Frank had never ordered my books, for which I had paid $2,100, but also that he would need 10-15 days to deliver the books to me (meaning they would arrive too late for my reunion). When I told Steve that I preferred to receive a refund since the books would not arrive on time, he told me he would have to speak to Global Books financial department. On Monday, September 28, Steve informed me that my books had been shipped and would reach me by Sept. 30, a day before I traveled to my reunion. The books did arrive on time, but the printing was of poor quality, with extremely dark book covers, and without the ISBN numbers ( for which I had paid an extra $100) printed on them. Consequently, I did not take the books to my reunion and lost out on an opportunity to sell them. I have emailed Steve and left him a voice mail, telling him that I want to return the books since they were useless to me.

They seemed okay at first, but when it came to doing the actual press release I'd already paid for, they just quit working. They stopped responding to texts and refused to even answer the phone. These guys are only interested in upselling more and more expensive services that they don't actually complete.

I was pleased with Global Books Publishers from day one. Thanks especially to Emma who was patient with some of my delays because of family and financial situations. I would be willing to work with this company again sometime.

Gobal Book Publisher has done an outstanding job with helping me get my book published. I particularly appreciated the way that they were always in contact with every step of the way. Communication with them was very comforting and helpful. Everything that was agreed upon in my contract was accomplished. I highly recommend them and has also given them referral.

My experience with Global Books Publishers was stress free. Sophie and Jason were great to work with. I plan to work on other books with this company. Initially I was skeptical. I had never heard of them. They proved to be professional, trustworthy, and reliable. They always took my calls and responded quickly to my email and texts. The costs are reasonable. They were professional from the start of the project until the end. I especially liked how they reviewed chapter by chapter, quickly and efficiently. I began another project with another company, months before my project with Global Book Publishers and I am still waiting for it to be completed.

This company is wonderful!! When I found this company in pursue for help in publishing my book I just didn't find business partners but friends as well. They helped bring my book to reality in a short period of time for such a good price, they even helped me build my own website for my book which helped me established my own brand in the process. Don't just take my words for I'm a living testimony of there works.Take this company into consideration . I highly recommend this company and new publishers that need some help with telling there story. I will also be doing business with them again!!!

From the moment I contacted them they very professional and organized. Id just been badly burned by another company that gets four star reviews on here and I was leery, but Global did a fine job. They listened and responded when I asked changes in marketing graphics, did everything they said they would, and made me happy I chose them.

This is the fourth book they've formatted for me, and I couldn't be more satisfied. They've also handled a few other projects for me, all completed with great professionalism. The team is efficient, and their customer service is always prompt and helpful. Highly recommend!

They were very helpful with the whole process of editing and formatting.
I might considering using them again for my future books(6 in total; 3 already written)
Took over 6 weeks to get books ordered through them.
Paid to be on 50+ platforms and 6 weeks later I'm only on one platform. When question them they keep telling me I'm on other platforms(they will not provide a list of these platforms) I check ones I know daily and still not on any.

Update: I was called and here in 4 weeks I'll have the list of platforms I'm on. (I'll change my review based on the experience I have)
