I appreciated that the interview was conducted on time and quickly. I also appreciated the interviewer's politeness.

Great service. Highly recommend, as interview spots open up daily. And there are MANY depending on where you are located.

I actually used entry on arrival so the alerts didn't help me but when I got alerts and logged in to accept an interview, there was no way to actually sign up for them at my chosen location. The price was definitely not worth it for me.

Once I was able to get an appointment it was good. Recommend an on line calendar so you can easily view if appointments are available

The staff was very cordial and helpful! When I was taken back for my interview he answered all my questions before I even asked them and was precise and to point! Very painless and easy procedure! And I drove 4 hours to go there!

The updates were consistent and timely. It was very helpful to watch for updates to pick the closest office to sign up for Global Entry.

Notices were timely. Quick and easy to get into the scheduling portal. Without the alerts, my customs interview would have been at least one or two months later. The app allows you to take advantage of cancelations to get an earlier appointment.

They took me earlier than my appt !!!

Although I received alerts I was never able to register for an appointment = a waste of time and money

I received many alerts and was able to secure an appointment in Milwaukee rather than having to drive over an hour to O’Hare.

Within an hour and a half of of subscribing, I was alerted of an appointment available one week out, rather than the 4+ months out I had been looking at and signed up for. Definitely worth the cost!

This was by far the best value and experience and results I’ve ever gotten from anything in my life. Within 12 hours, I secured an appointment at a nearby facility and three days later have Completed my Global Entry interview.

Kept getting messages about openings but when trying to book them my specific location (Boston Logan) wasnt allowing any bookings to be made

It is a shame that after applying for Global Entry for $125 you had to purchase a cancellation alert of $25 to get notified to schedule your interview. There was nothing available for months. Horrible process.
