Just returned from my 2nd and final visit to global smiles as I expected it was first class service as before Hotel transportation sezer and Ezgi were there throughout my stay whether in person or on our what’s app group as promised by sezer my final finished teeth are amazing so anyone who’s thinking about dental implants push the door it’s a game changer no more placing my hand over my mouth to hide my terrible smile. The whole experience with Global Smiles has been brilliant. I spent most of 2024 researching clinics, they had the best reviews and reached out instantly. As soon as I spoke to Sezer my rep he was a huge factor in making my decision. I suffer with severe mental health issues and he and the team have been a huge help. He was friendly and attentive, took time to go through the process and gave me constant reassurance. No question too much and I was always answered honestly and detailed and always very responsive. Transport all arranged smoothly, drivers are super friendly, always on time. The clinic is absolutely immaculate. Made to feel comfortable as soon as you arrive, everyone is so welcoming . Refreshments offered as you soak up the sun awaiting your appointments. Guest relations are incredible. Ezgi is the sweetest, she was amazing, she was by my side through all my fears and really listened to me. Her warmth was easing. Aysa I’m also thankful for, guiding me through the process and made sure what I wanted was translated through to the dentist. Her patience was beyond magical. Firat also sat with me, and calmed me in the most overwhelming moments. Thanks to Gokman for singing me through my procedure, he was gentle and worked fast. And Ertugrul, tolerating my final moments and the emotions that came with it. Helping me trust the process and ending with a smile, and a lot of laughs.
I have kept in touch with sezer everyday, he’s become a close friend. And the team became like family. And because of him and the team my transformation is complete. A team of fantastic people. Forever grateful for the kindness and support I received.🖤

love that the dentist listens to your concerns, and only advises you on what you need to make your smile better and not how to make more money from you. The communication is concise and clear.
The clinic is very clean and welcoming. Your personal co-ordinator (mine was Ayca) always communicates with you clearly and works well with you to explain everything. Overall, I love this dentist and I would not change a thing.

Service was absolutely excellent. From start to finish every single person who was part of the team excellent especially Sezer who was with me from start to finish...I also had anesthesia and the team were very attentive. I would recommend everyone to Global Smiles who needs a whole set of implants top and bottom...you are in the best hands!! His compassion and eager attitude to firstly providing an individual tailored service doing the best for your overall health then suggesting a plan for your needs. After months of searching and trying to…
After months of searching and trying to find the best dental clinic, I discovered Global Turkey online. I left my WhatsApp number in the comments section, and Sezer contacted me the same day.
Sezer responded promptly and provided me with a detailed explanation of the potential treatment options for my condition. He also offered me a complimentary X-ray at the headquarters in Birmingham Bromsgrove, He assured me that the X-ray results would be sent to the Dental Clinic in Antalya, where the head dentist would advise me on the best course of action.
On July 2nd, my wife and I arrived in Antalya. From the outset, we were treated with exceptional care and respect. Upon my arrival, Sezer had already arranged the appointment and the luxurious transfer to and from the clinic. I underwent an X-ray and a consultation, during which all available options were thoroughly explained to me. The following day, I underwent a surgical procedure, where 15 teeth were removed and 8 implants were inserted into my two jaws. The entire procedure was completed within a span of less than three hours.
Sezer consistently demonstrated availability, attending to my appointments and frequently texting me multiple times a day to inquire about my well-being and ascertain if any assistance was required.
Today, I returned home, having completed the initial phase of my treatment. I am filled with joy as I now have my fixed temporary denture. I eagerly anticipate my return to Smiles Turkey in three to four months, where I will receive my permanent bridges. I extend my sincere gratitude to Sezer and Global Smiles for their exceptional care and expertise.

Global Smiles from 1st point of contact with Sezer excellent service start to finish as he spoke good English ..who arranged transfer to and from dental clinic..1 hour drive away included with price they have there own hotel with a good price but I was booked in hotel with my family ..all on 4 top and bottom implants.. I received refund for treatment I did not need…it’s 2 visits 1st you get your implants from top quality surgeons and all there staff no pain 5 star service then 2nd is 3-4 months time to be fitted with the new teeth..I would highly recommend this company..

Having dental implants is not a pleasant experience but Global Smiles made it as pleasant as possible.
Communication and reassurance was very good. However an interpreter was not always present during the proceedure so when there was a minor issue I had to waiting be told what the issue was.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Sezer and the dentist Gokmen Kaya and all of the other staff at the clinic throughout my 7 nights stay in Antalya for treatment.
From my initial enquiry back home from the UK to the very last day, I do not have a bad word to say about these guys. Their customer service and hospitality was second to none.
I had 21 zirconium crowns fitted and could not be any happier with the end result!

On my first visit, I had my implants and fillings done for my upper jaw. The experience was smooth and professional from start to finish.
