So I was looking for the new Creality Sparkx i7 3d printer bundle, came across this company and took a look, I found what I was looking for! A few emails to a fabulous lady (Cerys), and I ordered it for next day delivery with 10 minutes to spare! And as promised it arrived safe and sound the very next day! What spectacular service! So impressed! And extremely grateful to Cerys for her outstanding customer service, thank you! You have a customer for life!

This was the first time I had anything from this firm. I am not one for leaving feed back. But I have made an exception. If there were six stars I would give it, I was extatic. I ordered this machine on the 6th February at 14.35 & received it 7th February at 14,45. Excellent service all round. Thank you.

I have used this company on many occasions through there eBay site and decided recently to go directly through the GMCraft website.
The service provided on both platforms are always outstanding, the many rolls of vinyl I have purchased from them are great quality and delivery has always been quick.
They are my 'go to' place for all my vinyl needs and highly recommend them

I ordered "Self Adhesive Inkjet Printable Sheets". I was not sure if they were what I was looking for. I am old and (many decades ago) when hot metal went to film and bromide, there was a product called "Stripping Film". This was used to make amendments by printing on this film, then (with a scalpel) cutting and lifting the top (transparent) layer. It turns out that the product I ordered is exactly what I needed. I wanted to add text to a coloured background, but not see the substrate. This is just what I needed.

Dreadful company, absolutely useless and a complete waste of space.

Avoid at all costs unless you like banging your ahead against the wall and wasting your time and money.

Update, nothing but lies in their response below, claim they help quickly! I spent nearly a month trying to get help from these idiots WHO DID NOTHING but dither and delay.

Yes I threatened a chargeback, because the useless idiots wouldn’t help and I said give me a fix this week or I will initiate one, which is more than fair given how incompetent they are.

Even after I packaged up the item, they didnt even collect to repair. They deliberately left me with a broken item, they are that useless.

Beyond frustrating to have to deal with such incompetent idiots.

Order was dispatched quickly even though I chose the free option. Then DPD decided to keep my parcel at their hinckley hub.
Phoned GMCrafts and a very helpful lady said she would look into it and call me back. She did, just 10 minutes later and explained the enquiry with DPD would take 24 hours.
I phoned back the next day and she immeadiately remembered who I was and said she would get a replacement sent out that day as DPD hadn't got back to her.
Parcel turned up next day, still within the 5 day free delivery period.
It's unusual to get such good service these days.

Ordered 3x cutting mats for Brother Cut n Scan. Mats are excellent value for money and were sent out promptly & arrived few days after placing order. Site is easy to use. Customer service lady was very friendly and helpful when I rang to query ETA on delivery. Only issue is that delivery by courier was not made to safe place but left on step by front door - they may have knocked & we hadn’t heard.

Ive used these guys for 5 years now on and off and I must say there incredible this weekend I ordered a machine at the creative craft show and they came to deliver it to my stall and I ordered another and they are sending it to my home to aid not having to lug a heavy machine home which to many may seem silly but to myself im eternally great full for getting to meet the director and some of the team this weekend was lovely cheresse I dont think thats spelt right but girl you smashed it your customer service skills are top notch 💓

I have always found that whatever I buy from GM Crafts, I have been very pleased with, Quality wise they are great, so will continue to buy from them.

Firstly, there are actual real people to talk to there, who are helpful and knowledgeable.
But more than that, the customer service was brilliant. Cerys went out of her way when I wanted to order very late to the cut off time, with only 10 minutes to spare before the courier was due to collect - to rush my order down to the warehouse to make sure it went out that day. Outstanding!

This is the first time I have ordered from this company and did so during the bank holiday so I was expecting a delay with delivery. The product arrived well within the time given, packaging sturdy and product in perfect condition, as expected. I shall definitely use this company again.

I found the website very easy to navigate, I ordered vinyl hoping it would be the same colour as shown in pictures, it was perfect 🤩
The best quality vinyl I have used especially the transfer vinyl which is a dream to work with. I won’t use any other now 🥳 to top it off it arrived quickly and well packaged

Her response was prompt and answered my query straight away.
