I messaged Lee about a gold Daytona I saw on instagram which had actually just been sold… however Lee sourced another brand new 2022 the same day, we agreed a price and exchange for two pieces I had to trade in.
the following week I met Zack at their office in London to pick up my new watch (very safe and secure)

Great Service
I contacted Lee from GMG, looking to source a discontinued Rolex I had been trying to source myself for a long time without any luck. Within a few days Lee had sourced the exact watch I was looking for and arranged for it to be shipped to Hong Kong. Great service and I would definitely recommend and use them again!

Can’t fault them..
I saw a watch I wanted on Chrono24 and decided to make direct contact to ask some questions.
Turned out the watch had just sold but Lee sorted me out with a slightly more recent one for exactly the same money…paid a deposit..collected at my convenience.
Great service would highly recommend!!

Great company
Having only ever bought and sold my Rolex’s from one dealer in the past, I was naturally cautious about selling to a new dealer.
However the whole process with GMG Watches was extremely friendly, fair and professional and would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a watch.

Made contact with this company to buy a Rolex offered to pay a deposit for the watch and they said don't worry, if you want the watch just pay the full amount in the showroom. Made an appointment and travelled to Liverpool the next day. On my arrival they had sold the watch.

I can confirm you made an enquiry to view the watch via Chrono24 on Monday. A batman 116710BLNR. One of the hottest watches in the market.
You asked if you could view the watch on Friday. You also asked if you could pay a deposit.
Chrono24 do not allow deposits and they do not encourage face to face viewings without purchase commitment via their web site.
Whilst we are happy for any perspective client to visit us at our boutique in Liverpool or London we cannot hold a watch without a deposit or full payment. Certainly not based on an enquiry and promise to view.
I can confirm you did not travel view the watch the next day. As you enquired on Monday and arranged to view on Friday.
Thursday evening another client took the decisive action to buy before viewing and paid for the watch.
As the saying goes ‘you snooze you lose’
It’s as simple as that.
Whilst we appreciate you enquiring about the watch and showing willing to come and view the watch we cannot legislate for watches selling so promptly in the current market.
Chrono24 encourages perspective customers to buy now and offer a buyer protection that the watch being received is exactly as described and pictured. All our watches have approximately 9 photographs available on each and a video of the watch is available at request.
We’re happy to source any watch for you at any time and always happy to help but commitment is often required.

Daytona delivered quickly at good price
GMG found a Daytona ‘panda’ - unworn at good price within 2 days of me contacting them. Met up in Hatton Garden at my convenience. Great service all round. Very fair, open and businesslike. Would definitely use them again.

Great selection, great prices and awesome service from Lee and the team, came to have a look at a brand new two tone Daytona in Liverpool, left a small deposit and picked up a week later in London, really happy with the watch and service received, will not hesitate to use and recommend them in the future !
