Delivery fellow did a great job. The live tracking option is a bonus.

Most terrible courier I experienced ever. Unbelievable both Lululemon and Holt Renfrew are using them.
The driver threw my package from Lululemon on the ground outside of my building without buzzing or message notification. The package definitely got stolen.

I live in a DT Vancouver condo and often order expensive apparel to be delivered to my unit via a large popular clothing company. To be clear...the purchase price of my items includes having the item delivered to my DOOR. Already, GoBolt has simply tossed my packages into our common lobby 4 times this year (so far). The value of my purchases range from $100 to $300 in value. With some diligent effort, my common lobby is somewhat accessible to strangers who could have full access to my items placed in the open. Furthermore, there are hundreds of residents in my building who could potentially take my packages either by mistake or theft. Important to note, I am not easily ambulant so needing to take an extra trip (even to the lobby) is somewhat painful vs what other people experience. Lastly, other organizations like Amazon, Canada Post, and local grocers, who do the same job as GoBolt, deliver to my door without any issue or putting my purchases at risk. GoBolt... get your act together and do your job!

Both times it has been stated that package must be left at suite door and it has not been. The most recent package the driver had the audacity to argue over the intercom directory. Terrible service.

Delivery was prompt and package left right by apartment door, which is more secure than in building lobby.

Coast Appliances used this company to deliver and install the washer and dryer we bought.

They nearly flooded the townhouse had i not been quick to react and closed the water supply valves.

Customer Service reveals that they are quick to shift blame, fail to own up mistakes, and will attempt to slither out of grievances in any way they can.

I originally thought that the appliance retailer would call in a reliable and professional team, but based off of all the bad reviews here, I'm even more confident in my answer now that this company is biting off more than it can chew, scaling more than it can meet, and to the companies that rely on this service.. you have my condolences.

This company is not worth your time.
Maybe for simple deliveries, yes.

.. but to handle all the complexities, look somewhere else, these guys are not the "pros" you want. They are really professional at appearing to be.
