Excellent phone information and service in general. The only gripe I had was I specifically asked GoEssy that it be delivered only one specific day of the week as this was my only day I could be home. I even rang again the day before it was due to be picked up to double check this. I was told that I needed to confer with their delivery service COPE. COPE told me this would be fine but they were not at all informed by GoEasy of this essential requirement (and told me that the sellers could also have pre-advised this). Otherwise they gave me a good price and wonderful service for a great product.

recently purchased this foldable gym equipment and overall I’m really happy with it. Everything looks solid and well-built, and the design is great for saving space. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, so installation was straightforward. Delivery was also quick and the package arrived in good condition.

The only issue I had was with the weight hangers. The setup includes six hangers, but I only received enough nuts and bolts to install four of them. Because of that, I couldn’t fully set it up as intended, which makes it look a bit incomplete.

I’d really appreciate it if the company could include the exact number of required bolts (or even a few extras) in the package. Aside from that, it’s a great product and I’m satisfied with the purchase.

Did have product in stock, didn't arrange immediate refund due to out of stock. Was emailed and asked to call them. Have called several times to chase refund. Disappointing that I need to spend time fixing their error.

Purchased 125CC beast sports quadbike back in Dec 25 / Jan 26 issue #1 -Incorrect foot guard on arrival. Both were for the same side.
Issue #2 - While waiting for this part the battery dies with in 3 wks of first start. Goeasy never accepted the battery was at fault. Ended up buying a battery from Autobarn and works fine now. Issue #3 - Metal bracket that holds the side exhaust snaps . Issue #4 - Just on last wk it was discovered that swing arm is totally cracked in 2 weld spots ( either side). Major structural failure. Luckily it was discovered otherwise it could have easily caused a massive injury .This is all with in 3 months.Quad was only used for around 2 wks since delivery in early Jan.

Please check your kid's quadbike as there could be accidents waiting to happen due to major structural issues with this product line.

If safety was taken seriously then you would have offered to pay the full cost of repairs for the exhaust weld. Refund amount mentioned is $110 which was 50% cost of a mobile welder.

However, cracked swing arm issue takes safety issue to a different level. Common issue seems to be the weld quality and quality of associated metal parts used.

Having 3 cable ties to hold a snapped exhaust bracket from rattling doesn't void Australian Consumer Law!

Terrible communication after overselling stock, tried to phone twice but left no message for me, no email sent to me, 5 weeks down the track I finally get ahold of them. Item arrived a good 5/6 weeks after expected. Also over sold swing attachments which was no longer available when plah equipment was sent so that then went on back order.

Ordered Lifespan Fitness Contour reformer machine in Beige and it arrived in 4 days in perfect condition (sidenote- square plastic stopper missing for 1 side of the track-end - we discovered it helps with noise reduction but very minor issue) - it works beautifully, set-up was easy and a joy to do pilates on this baby every morning! And extra thanks to the gentleman from Border Express that did the delivery who was super helpful in delivering right to our front door, much appreciated 💫
