I had always wanted to replace my old, inefficient & failing gas boiler with a heat pump. Of the companies I contacted Econic Energy came over as the most knowledgeable and authoritative. They proved no less and installed a heat pump system with a heat battery. They were professional, efficient and carried out the work quickly. They were always helpful and responsive to my questions. They have provided excellent advice throughout the process and continue to offer follow up support. I have been impressed by their expertise and know-how. Thank you to Christoph, Pradeep and Andrew.

Exceptionally reliable firm, especially when one hears loads of cowboys in the trade, happy to recommend this form as from start to finish remained professional. Pradeep is an asset to the firm. Christoph, the hesd of the firm himself, from the first call to the many enquiries I had during the project, remained enthusiastic and very helpful. Thanks to the Econic firm, our loft heating panels saw heating for the first time unlike gas bioler which was struggling to warm up but in a very high heating setup in old days.

We had 8 radiators removed and new ones fitted. The staff were super-competent and hard working. They went under the floor to adjust the position of the rising tubes - which is really tedious and fiddly - but looks better in the end.

We had a problem with one radiator which didn't heat at all, but they came back and fixed it gratis - even though it wasn't their fault!

A great team of experienced professionals, they have been efficient and communicated clearly during the entire process. Our builder has been so impressed he's now looking to get his own heat pump installed by Econic too! We look forward to moving back in and testing the heat pump through this winter. Econic guided me patiently through the whole process from me thinking 'maybe I should get an air source heat pump' through to commissioning the system, with a Vaillant heap pump and a sunamp thermal battery for hot water instead of a 'normal' hot water cylinder. They were happy to discuss things in great detail and answered all my questions very patiently, tailoring the system to my quirky Victorian terraced house.
The installation was completed on time, very neatly and accomodating my requirements for the location of the various components. They also worked seamlessly with my builder who did the underfloor heating and changed all the radiators. Econic did all the documentation to successfully apply for the government BUS grant.
I now have a system that I am confident will give me a warm house and hot water, and I'm also confident that Econic will be available to help with any ongoing queries I may have.

The Econic team just upgraded our 30 year old vented plumbing and heating system to an unvented heat pump based system. The members of the team were competent, conscientious, friendly and professional throughout and the installation was completed according to plan. I recommend them highly.

I have a Victorian house in North London that I have spent several years renovating. A few years ago I put solar panels on the roof with a battery storage system. The last remaining major project was removing gas heating and going all electric with a heat pump heating system. It took several years and several attempts to find a contractor and heat pump system that were well suited for the retrofit of the Victorian house.

I was very pleased with the Econic Energy team, having by far the most knowledge for what heat pump system would fit with my house, how it should be installed, and how it could be installed efficiently with minimal interruption to the house. The team executed the project in less than a week, and the system is now working well.
